ان الاتصال ظاهرة انسانية صاحبت كل مراحل الحياة البشرية باعتباره ضرورة ملحة لمختلف التفاعلات والعلاقات التي تربط الانسان بغيره ومحيطه.
لقد أصبح الاتصال عنصرًا أساسيًا في التخطيط الاستراتيجي لنجاح أي منظمة، خاصة وأن العالم يعيش تحديات جديدة من خلال توظيف تكنولوجيات حديثة للاتصال، وبالرغم من اقحام المؤسسة الجزائرية الى المنافسة إلا أن استعمالها لتكنولوجيات الحديثة لايزال محدود وبشكل ملحوظ، وهو ما دفعنا لطرح التساؤل الآتي: ؟ وإلى ما يرجع ذلك؟
Résumé: La communicationest une ancienphénomène humain qui a accompagné toutes les étapes de la vie humaine. Elle était nécessaire pour les différentes interactions et les relations entre les hommes. La communication est devenue un élément essentiel de la planification stratégique pour le succès de toute organisation, puisqu’il existe de nouveaux chalenges en utilisant des technologies modernes de communication. Malgré la participation de l'entreprise algérienne dans l'économie de marché et de la concurrence nationale et internationale, mais l'utilisation des technologies modernes est encore limitée, et de manière remarquable, ce qui nous conduit à poser la question suivante: Quels sont les outils les plus employés dans l’organisationalgérienne ? Etauxquels raisons?
Abstract: Communication is an ancient human phenomenon witch has accompanied every stage of human life as an urgent need for the various interactions and relations with other human. Communication has become an essential element of strategic planning for the success of any organization, especially with new challenges by employing modern technologies of communication. Although involving the Algerian enterprise in the market economy and national and international competition, but the use of modern technologies is still limited, and significantly, which led us to ask the following question: What are the means of communication most used in the Algerian organization? And whatwerereasons?
