dc.description.abstract Abestect: Proceeding from the results reached through studying the relationship between organizational communication and organizational performance among teachers of intermediate education, “Medium ouakkal Mohamed” in the state of “Djelfa”, and knowing that the issue of organizational communication is an important topic within the organizational process of any educational institution, and given that teachers have a great role through Their job performance in achieving the goals of the institution, the researcher found it necessary to stand on the nature of this relationship between organizational communication and the teachers’ job performance. Application using the Pearson correlation coefficient. - The results of the study came as follows: It was found that there is a correlation between organizational communication and job performance. It was revealed the contribution of the means of communication in increasing the job performance of the professor within the institution. Also, there is a correlational relationship between communication obstacles and reduced job performance among the institution's professors. This confirms the realization of the general hypothesis that there is a relationship between organizational communication and organizational performance among middle school teachers. Therefore, all hypotheses are verified. en_EN
