Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية عنوان الدراسة: مدى إدراك القائد الناجح لمصادر القوة التنظيمية عينة الدراسة: شملت عينة الدراسة على 20 موظف (رؤساء مصالح ورؤساء مكاتب) من مقر الولاية و12 موظف من مؤسسة أملاك الدولة (رؤساء مصالح ورؤساء مكاتب) منهج الدراسة: اعتمد الباحثان في الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي كونه أقرب المناهج الملائمة لدراستنا أداة الدراسة: تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان من إعداد الطالبان استنادا على الدراسات السابقة اهم النتائج: توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية مستوى إدراك القادة المسئولين لمصادر القوة التنظيمية مرتفع لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى إدراك القادة المسئولين لمصادر القوة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى إدراك القادة المسئولين لمصادر القوة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغير السن لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى إدراك القادة المسئولين لمصادر القوة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية
