مكونات ومستوى أخلاق العمل لدى عينة قطاع العام بمدينة الجلفة

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة بالعربية هدفت هذه الدراسة على التعرّف مكونات ومستوى الأخلاق في بيئة العمل لدى موظفي قطاع العام بمدينة الجلفة، حيث تمَّ التطرق إلى أبعاد أخلاق العمل وهي كالتالي : التعاون والاحترام، الصدق، الاستقامة، حب العمل، تحمل المسؤولية، حفظ السر، الاتقان، الأمانة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبيان الكتروني كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، ومنه توزيعه الكترونيا لمجتمع الدراسة من مختلف القطاعات بمدنية الجلفة (أساتذة من مختلف الأطوار، البلدية، مديرية التربية، مؤسسة خاصة، مديرية الشباب والرياضة). تكونت العينة المجيبة على الاستبيان بــ (54) عامل قابلة للتحليل. وتم تحليله باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الأخلاق في بيئة العمل جاء منخفضا.

ملخص الدراسة باللغة الانجليزية This studyaimed to identify the level and components of ethics in the workenvironment of public sectoremployees in the city of Djelfa, where the dimensions of workethicswereaddressed, as follows: cooperation and respect, honesty, integrity, love of work, responsibility, keeping secret, perfection, honesty. To achieve the objectives of the study, the electronic questionnaire wasused as a main tool for data collection, and itwasdistributedelectronically to the studycommunityfromvarioussectors in the city of Djelfa (teachersfromdifferentlevels, the municipality, the Directorate of Education, a private institution, the Directorate of Youth and Sports). The samplethatanswered the questionnaire consisted of (54) factorsthatcouldbeanalyzed. It wasanalyzedusing the SPSS statistical program for social sciences, and the studyconcludedthat the level of ethics in the workenvironmentwaslow.

ملخص الدراسة باللغة الفرنسية Cette étude visait à identifier les composantes et le niveau d'éthique dans l'environnement de travail des employés du secteur public de la ville de Djelfa, où les dimensions de l'éthique du travail ont été abordées comme suit : coopération et respect, honnêteté, intégrité, amour du travail, responsabilité, garder le secret, la perfection, l'honnêteté. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, le questionnaire électronique a été utilisé comme outil principal de collecte de données, et il a été distribué par voie électronique à la communauté d'étude de divers secteurs de la ville de Djelfa (enseignants de différents niveaux, la municipalité, la Direction de Education, un établissement privé, la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports). L'échantillon qui a répondu au questionnaire était constitué de (54) facteurs pouvant être analysés. Il a été analysé à l'aide du programme statistique SPSS pour les sciences sociales et l'étude a conclu que le niveau d'éthique dans l'environnement de travail était faible.
