مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي

Abstract

الملخص: الملخص باللغة العربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى المرأة العاملة، اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعلى عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها 64 من ممرضات ومساعدة التمريض بمستشفى عين وسارة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة ببناء استمارة إلكترونية تضم محورين: - المحور الأول: الضغوط المهنية. - المحور الثاني: أساليب مواجهة الضغوط المهنية. وقد تم تحليل البيانات المجمعة في إستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية والوزن المئوي وعليه توصلت نتائج البحث إلى مايلي: - أنه تعاني ممرضات ومساعدة التمريض لدرجة مرتفعة من ظهور أعراض نفسية وصحية وسلوكية للضغط المهني. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرأة العاملة – مستوى الضغوط المهنية- القطاع الصحي. الملخص باللغة الانجليزية Summary in English : The aim of this study was to learn the level of professional pressures of working women. The researcher relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum and a random sample of 64 nurses and nursing assistants at the hospital and wSara. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher built an electronic form with two axes: - First axis: Professional pressures. - Second theme: Methods to address professional pressures. The data collected were analysed in the use of statistical methods and centennial weight. The results of the research were as follows: - Nurses and nursing assistants experience a high degree of psychological, health and behavioral symptoms of occupational stress.
