Abstract

ملخص الد ا رسة : لقد قمنا في دراستنا هذه إلى إبراز علاقة مناخ السلامة المهنية بالأمن النفسي وللتدقيق في الموضوع قمنا بدراسته على أرضية مؤسسة كوسيدار فرع عين وسارة للسكة الحديدية باعتبارها مؤسسة هامة في بناء المنشات القاعدية من طرق وسكك حديدية و التي لا تخلو من مخاطر الحوادث و خاصة حوادث المرور باعتبار طبيعة العمل في الطرقات أو بجانب الطرقات و لهذا طالما كانت هذه المؤسسة الرائدة تهتم بتوفير مناخ السلامة المهنية لعمالها حتى لا يشعروا بضغوطات العمل و يمكنهم العمل في راحة واطمئنان نفسي و هو مادفعنا إلى اختيار هذه المؤسسة كنموذج للدراسة الميدانية لما اكتسبته من مكانة هامة في سبيل تحقيق الأمن النفسي لعمالها.و قد ابتدأنا دراستنا بالإلمام بالمفاهيم الخاصة بمناخ السلامة المهنية والأمن النفسي ثم قمنا بتحضير استبيانين الأول وهو مقياس مناخ السلامة المهنية معد من طرفنا والمقياس الثاني هو الأمن النفسي معد من قبل الدكتورة زينب الشقير 2005 ثم توجهنا إل ى المؤسسة لدراستها على ارض الواقع و قد استقبلنا بحفاوة من قبل العمال كما سهلوا لنا كل الإجراءا ت الضرورية للقيام بهذه الدراسة, وباستخدام برنامج الحزم الاجتماعية حس ب الجنس - حسب السن - المستوى التعليمي - حسب الاقدمية , – )SPSS( للبيانات الإحصائية والأساليب الإحصائية الأخرى كالتكرارات والنسب الإحصائية و قد توصلنا في النهاية بوجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين مناخ السلامة المهنية والأمن النفسي , حيث توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : المتوسط الحسابي لمقياس مناخ السلامة المهنية بلغ 97.62 و هو اكبر من المتوسط الفرضي للمقياس 82 و بالتالي وجود مستوى مناخ مرتفع جدا, أما مقياس الأمن النفسي فمتوسط الحسابي بلغ 100.62 و هو اكبر من المتوسط لفرضي فالعمال يتمتعون بمستوى امن نفسي كبير و من خلال العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي ومناخ السلامة المهنية كان معدل الارتباط بيرسون 0.892 و هو معدل ارتباط قوي جدا و توصلنا من خلاله إلى انه توجد علاقة بين قوية بين الأمن النفسي ومناخ .spss السلامة المهنية و قد استخدمنا برنامج الحزم الإحصائية الكلمات المفتاحية : مناخ السلامة المهنية – الأمن النفسي – مؤسسة كوسيدار للسكك الحديدية – . spss برنامج د Résumé de l'étude : Dans notre étude, nous avons mis en évidence la relation entre le climat de sécurité au travail et la sécurité psychologique, et pour scruter la question, nous l'avons étudiée sur le terrain de la Kosidar Corporation, Ain ouessara RailwayBranch, car c'est une institution importante dans la construction d'équipements de base tels que les routes et les voies ferrées, qui ne sont pas exempts de risques d'accidents, notamment d'accidents de la circulation, étant donné que La nature des travaux sur les routes ou à côté des routes, et pour cette raison, cette institution pionnière s'est toujours intéressée à offrir un climat de sécurité au travail à ses travailleurs afin qu'ils ne ressentent pas les contraintes du travail et puissent travailler dans le confort et l'apaisement psychologique, ce qui nous a poussé à choisir cette institution comme modèle pour l'étude de terrain car elle a acquis une position importante afin d'atteindre la sécurité psychologique pour ses travailleurs. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les travailleurs et ils nous ont facilité toutes les procédures nécessaires pour mener à bien cette étude, et en utilisant le programme de paquets sociaux de données Données statistiques (SPSS) - par sexe - par âge - par niveau d'éducation - par ancienneté, et d'autres méthodes statistiques telles que les fréquences et les ratios statistiques. Au final, nous avons trouvé une corrélation positive statistiquement significative entre la sécurité au travail et la sécurité psychologique, où nous atteint les résultats suivants : La moyenne L'arithmétique de l'échelle du climat de sécurité au travail était de 97,62, ce qui est supérieur à la moyenne hypothétique de l'échelle 82, et donc l'existence d'un niveau climatique très élevé. la moyenne atteint 100,62, ce qui est supérieur à la moyenne de mon hypothèse.
