Abstract

ملخص: فة الشرطي وعلاقتها ���� ا ت نحو وظ ���� ة والطال ���� هدفت الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الطل انات ، ���� أداة لجمع الب ���� انة ���� قت الاست ���� عت الد ا رسة المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي، وط ���� عض المتغی ا رت، ا ت ���� ب ة من جامعة الجلفة. أظهرت النتائج أن اتجاهات ���� ا وطال ���� وتكونت عینة الد ا رسة من ( 770 ) طال ات ���� ة و الطال ���� فة الشرطي، جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن اتجاهات الطل ���� ات نحو وظ ���� ة و الطال ���� الطل فة ���� ة ومستقبل وظ ���� ات نحو رت ���� ة و الطال ���� مهنة بدرجة مرتفعة، وتلتها اتجاهات الطل ���� نحو الشرطة ات نحو المكانة ���� ة و الطال ���� ضًا، وأخی اً ر جاء مجال اتجاهات الطل ���� درجة مرتفعة أ ���� الشرطي و ما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات ���� درجة متوسطة، ���� فة الشرطي و ���� ة لوظ ���� ة والاقتصاد ���� الاجتماع فة الشرطي تعزى لمتغیر الجنس ولصالح ���� ات نحو وظ ���� ة و الطال ���� ة لاتجاهات الطل ���� دلالة إحصائ فة الشرطي ���� ات نحو وظ ���� ة و الطال ���� ة لاتجاهات الطل ���� ور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائ ���� الذ المكانة ���� ات الد ا رسة ؛ ضرورة الاهتمام ���� ة. وجاءت أبرز توص ���� تعزى للمتغی ا رت المرحلة الد ا رس ة رجال الشرطة ضد ���� صدار القواعد والقوانین لحما ���� فة الشرطي ، و ���� ة لوظ ���� ة والاقتصاد ���� الاجتماع ة العامة للآمن ���� ام المدیر ���� حاضرهم المهني أو مستقبلهم، وق ���� الإج ا رءات التي من شأنها الإساءة ة قبل التحاقهم بتخصصات الامن ���� اس المیول المهن ���� ار ق ���� از الطلاب لاخت ���� اشت ا رط اجت ���� الوطني الوطني . ABSTRACT : The study aimed to identify male and female students' attitudes towards the policeman's job and its relationship to some variables. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied as a tool for data collection. The study sample consisted of (770) male and female students from the University of Djelfa. The results showed that the male and female students’ attitudes towards the policeman’s job came to a high degree, and the male and female students’ attitudes towards the police as a profession came to a high degree, followed by the male and female students’ attitudes towards the rank and future of the policeman’s job with a high degree as well, and finally the male and female students’ attitudes towards social status came. And economic for the job of the policeman and to a medium degree ,the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of male and female students towards the conditional function due to the variable of sex and in favor of males, and there are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of male and female students towards the conditional function due to the variables of the school stage. The most important recommendations of the study came; The need to pay attention to the social and economic status of the policeman's job, and to issue rules and laws to protect policemen against measures that would harm their professional present or future, and for the General Directorate of National Security to require students to pass a test that measures professional tendencies before joining the national security majors.
