الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالاحتراق النفسي لدى الممرضين

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: عنوان الدراسة: العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي لدى عينة من الممرضين. أهداف الدراسة: تهدف دراساتنا هذه الى الكشف عن وجود علاقة بين الصلابة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي لدى عينة من الممرضين العاملين بالقطاع الصحي افلو- دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بجرة عبد القادر افلو / الاغواط- والتعرف على الصلابة النفسية لدى الممرضين ودورها في التأثير في متغير الدراسة ألا وهو الاحتراق النفسي وذلك من حيث انخفاضه أو ارتفاعه، كما تهدف الدراسة ايضا الى التعرف على اثر المتغيرات (الجنس، العمر، الاقدمية في العمل) في احداث الفروق في الاحتراق النفسي. المنهج المتبع في الدراسة : المنهج الوصفي وهو الاكثر استخداما في المجالات الاجتماعية والتربوية والنفسية. عينة الدراسة: تألفت العينة الأساسية من 268 بين ممرض وممرضة يعملون بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بجرة عبد القادر افلو. الادوات المستخدمة في الدراسة: - مقياس الصلابة النفسية (اعداد الباحث عماد محمد مخيمر). - مقياس الاحتراق النفسي (اعداد الباحثة كريستينا ماسلاش). نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الدراسة الحالية الى النتائج التالية: - لا توجد علاقة بين الصلابة النفسية والاحتراق النفسي عند ممرضي المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بجرة عبد القادر افلو/الاغواط. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الاحتراق النفسي تعزى الى متغير الجنس، اذا نقبل الفرضية البديلة ونرفض الفرضية الصفرية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الاحتراق النفسي تعزى الى متغير العمر، اذا نقبل الفرضية الصفرية ونرفض الفرضية البديلة. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الاحتراق النفسي تعزى إلى متغير الاقدمية، إذ نقبل الفرضية الصفرية ونرفض الفرضية البديلة. الكــلمات المفتاحية : الصلابة النفسية؛ الاحتراق النفسي؛ الممرض (ة). ملخص الدراسة باللغة الانجليزية: Study title: The relationship between psychological hardness and burnout among a sample of nurses. Objectives of the study: Our studies aim to reveal the existence of a relationship between psychological hardness and burnout among a sample of nurses working in the health sector Aflo - a field study at the public hospital institution in Jarrah Abdelkader Aflou / Laghouat - and to identify the psychological hardness of nurses and its role in influencing the study variable, except It is psychological burnout in terms of its low or high. The study also aims to identify the effect of the variables (gender, age, seniority at work) in making differences in psychological burnout.: The method used in the study: The descriptive approach is the most widely used in the social, educational and psychological fields. The study sample: The main sample consisted of 268 male and female nurses working in the public hospital institution in Jarrah Abdelkader Aflou. The tools used in the study: Psychological Hardness Scale (prepared by researcher Imad Muhammad Mukhaimer). - Burnout scale (prepared by researcher Christina Maslash). Results: The current study reached the following results: - There is no relationship between psychological hardness and psychological burnout among the nurses of the public hospital institution in Jarrah, Abdelkader Aflou / Laghouat. - There are statistically significant differences in burnout attributed to the sex variable, if we accept the alternative hypothesis and reject the null hypothesis. - There are no statistically significant differences in burnout due to the age variable, if we accept the null hypothesis and reject the alternative hypothesis. - There are no statistically significant differences in burnout attributed to the variable of seniority, as we accept the null hypothesis and reject the alternative hypothesis.
