دور مستشار التوجيه في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تمثلت الدراسة في الكشف عن دور مستشار التوجيه تجاه الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي داخل المدارس الثانوية وذلك من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه وقد تم تخصيص الدراسة على صورة محددة من العنف المدرسي تمثلت في العنف الصادر عن التلاميذ بالذات سواء كان موجها لتلاميذ اخرين او موجه لأي من أطراف الطاقم التربوي : أساتذة و عمال و إداريين. و قد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية عرضية من مستشاري التوجيه بثانويات بلدية الجلفة و البالغ عددها 18 ثانوية ، وقد قدرت العينة بـ 15 مستشارا . و قد تم إعتماد المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة كما تم الإستعانة بأداتين لجمع البيانات و هما الملاحظة المباشرة و تقنية الإستبيان. و قد إنطلقنا من التساؤل التالي : ماهو دور مستشار التوجيه في الحد من ظاهرة العنف في الوسط المدرسي ؟ حيث تمحور البحث حول ثلاث فرضيا فرعية تمثلت في : - يمكن أن يؤثر إشراف و متابعة مستشار التوجيه للتلاميذ على التقليل من العنف المدرسي. - يمكن للدور الإجتماعي و الثقافي الذي يلعبه مستشار التوجيه أن يؤثر في الحد من ظاهرة العنف المدرسي. - يهتم مستشار التوجيه برصد و معالجة مختلف أشكال العنف المدرسي . و قد توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها : - تبينت صحة الفرضية الأولى : حيث أن الإشراف و المتابعة الدائمة لمستشار التوجيه يعزز من التواصل المستمر بينه و بين التلاميذ ، كما ينمي جانب الوعي لديهم بأهمية وظيفة مستشار التوجيه في حياتهم المدرسية. - بالنسبة للفرضية الثانية : فقد تبينت صحتها نظرا لبروز الأثر الإيجابي للدور الإجتماعي و الثقافي في التقليل من حدة العنف داخل المحيط المدرسي ، حيث تمثل في مساعدة التلاميذ على التكيف و التأقلم مع البيئة المدرسية المجتمعية المحيطة بها ، و أيضا تنمية الوعي الإجتماعي و الأخلاقي لديهم. - بالنسبة للفرضية الثالثة تبينة صحتها حيث أن إيجابات المبحوثين أفادت جميعها بأن مستشار التوجيه دائما ما يبدي إستعدادا كبيرا لمواجهة مختلف مظاهر العنف و الكشف عنها داخل المدرسة ، كما يسعى إلى إتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة مع هذه الحالات . Résumé : L'objectif de l'étude est d'indiquer le rôle du conseiller d'orientation pour réduire le phénomène de la violence scolaire dans les écoles secondaires, et du point de vue des conseillers d'orientation ont été affectés à l'étude sur une image spécifique de la violence scolaire celui de la violence des élèves, que ce soit dirigé vers d'autres élèves ou dirigés vers l'une des parties à l'équipage éducation: professeurs et les travailleurs et les administrateurs. La recherche porte sur la perception du 18école secondaire appartient à la daïra de Djelfa à un échantillon de 15 conseillersd’orientation. Ont utilisent l'approche descriptive et observation directe, et de la technique de l'enquête comme outils de collecte des données. Et nous partit de la question suivante: Quel est le rôle du conseiller d'orientation pour réduire le phénomène de la violence dans le milieu scolaire? Lorsque la recherche a porté sur trois sous-représentés hypothétique: - peut affecter la supervision et le conseiller d'orientation de suivi pour les élèves afin de réduire la violence scolaire. - peut rôle social et culturel joué par le conseiller d'orientation pour influer sur la réduction du phénomène de la violence scolaire. - conseiller d'orientation prend soin de surveiller et de diverses formes de traitement de la violence scolaire. Et nous avons atteint plusieurs résultats a été le plus important: - identifié la première hypothèse: que la supervision et le suivi permanent au conseiller d'orientation favorise une communication continue avec les étudiants, ainsi que de développer leur prise de conscience de l'importance du conseiller d'orientation professionnelle dans leur école. - Pour la deuxième hypothèse: il a prouvé la validité en raison de l'émergence de l'impact positif du rôle social et culturel dans la réduction de la violence dans le milieu scolaire, ce qui représente pour aider les élèves s’adapter à l'environnement scolaire et communautaire autour d'eux, ainsi que le développement de la conscience sociale et morale. - Pour la troisième hypothèse comme le montre tous les répondants des conseillers d'orientation ont indiqué que le conseiller d'orientation a toujours fait preuve d'une grande volonté de faire face aux diverses manifestations de la violence et de la communication au sein de l'école, et cherche à agir avec ces cas.

Summary : The objective of the study is to indicate the role of guidance counselors in reducing the phenomenon of school violence in secondary schools, and from guidance counselors' Specific image of school violence that of student violence, whether directed to other students or directed to one of the parties to the crew education: teachers and workers and administrators. And we achieved several results was the most important: - identified the first hypothesis: that the supervision and the permanent follow-up to the guidance counselor encourages continuous communication with the students, as well as to increase their awareness of the importance of the career counselor in their school. - For the second hypothesis: it has proved the validity due to the emergence of the positive impact of the social and cultural role in the reduction of violence in the school environment, which is to help students adapt to the The school and community environment around them, as well as the development of social and moral conscience. - For the third hypothesis as shown by all the counselor's counselors respondents indicated that the guidance counselor has always shown a strong will to deal with the various manifestations of violence and communication within the School, and seeks to deal with these cases.
