This study started from the following hypotheses : General Hypothesis: There is a statistically significant relationship between the social status of the contracted workers in the municipality and the degree of their employment alienation . : Sub-assumptions: There is a statistically significant relationship between the social status of the contracted workers in the municipality and the degree of their functional isolation . There is a statistically significant relationship between the social status of the contracted workers in the municipality and their degree of functional disability . There is a statistically significant relationship between the social status of the contracted workers in the municipality and the degree of nonnormative job . There is a statistically significant relationship between the social status of the contracted workers in the municipality and the degree of meaninglessness . There is a statistically significant relationship between the social status of the contracted workers in the municipality and the degree of alienation from the self . The criterion of the functional expatriate and social status scale was applied to the sample of the research. The research community consisted of 170 individuals working in the contracting system. The sample was randomly selected, which consisted of 50 individuals . In order to address this issue and obtain correlation coefficients, the data were abstracted and processed statistically by the statistical package for social sciences (spss ) .) It was found that the value of Pearson correlation coefficient between functional isolation and social status was (-0.68), a value of (0.05). Pearson correlation coefficient between functional deficit and social status was (-0.69), a value of (0.05). The correlation coefficient between functional non-functionalism and social status was (-0.66), a value of (0.05). The value of the functional significance and the social status was (-0.65), which is a function of (0.05). We also found the correlation coefficient between self-estrangement and social status was (-0.66) at the significance level (0.05).
