الصلابة النفسية و علاقتها برأس المال النفسي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية و رأس المال النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، ولقد استخدمنا مقياس الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وفق للمنهج الوصفي وطبقتاه على عينة تبلغ عددها 40 أستاذ وأستاذة بثانوية بن الأبيض قويدر عين الإبل (الجلفة)، وتحصلنا على النتائج: 1. توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصلابة النفسية و رأس المال النفسي أساتذة ثانوية بن الأبيض قويدر. 2. مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى أساتذة بثانوية بن الأبيض قويدر متوسط. 3. مستوى رأس المال النفسي لثانوية بن الأبيض قويدر متوسط. كلمات مفتاحية: - الصلابة النفسية - رأس المال النفسي

Study summary: The study aimed to find out the relationship between psychological hardness and psychological capital among teachers of secondary education, and we used the questionnaire scale to collect data according to the descriptive approach, and applied it to a sample of 40 male and female teachers at the secondary school of Ibn Al-Abyad Kouider Ain Al-Abel Djelfa, and we got the results: 1. There is a direct correlation with significant statistical between the psychological hardness and psychological capital of the secondary teachers of Ibn Al-Abyad Qweider. 2. The level of psychological hardness among teachers at Ibn Al-Abyad Qweider High School is medium. 3. The level of psychological capital for Ben El-Abyad Kouider High School is medium.
