Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان أخلاقيات المهنة وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي للعامل، حيث تهدف إلى إبراز تأثير الأخلاق المنية على الاداء الوظيفي للموظف بالمؤسسة، وكشف دور الالتزام المهني والتعاون والاحترام والسر المهني في تقديم الخدمة، وزيادة فعالية الانجاز للمهام، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 60 عاملا وهي عينة عشوائية منتظمة، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الذي يصف الظاهرة موضوعيا عن طريق البيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق الاستمارة التي اعتمدت كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات، والتي تضمنت أربعة محاور شممت 29 سؤالا. كما اعتمدنا أداة الملاحظة والمقابمة كأداتين لممساعدة في البحث، واعتمدنا أسموبين في اختبار الفرضيات أسموب كمي يشمل التك ا ر ا رت والنسب المئوية، وأسموب كيفي يشمل عمى تفسير وتحميل البيانات. ممخص الد ا رسة بالمغة الانجميزية 9 This study came under the title of professional ethics and its relationship to the worker's job performance, as it aims to highlight the impact of professional ethics on the employee's job performance in the institution, and to reveal the role of professional commitment, cooperation, respect and professional secrecy in providing service, and increasing the effectiveness of task completion, as the study sample included 60 workers. systematically random, and we relied on the descriptive approach that describes the phenomenon objectively through the data collected through the questionnaire that was adopted as the main tool in data collection, which included four axes that included 31 questions.
