الافكار اللاعقلانية و علاقتها بالكفاءة الذاتية لدى اساتذة التعليم الثانوي

Abstract

- تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة نوع العلاقة القائمة بين الافكار اللاعقلانية والكفاءة الذاتية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بثانوية بن الأبيض قويدر بعين الإبل بولاية الجلفة , وكذا الكشف عن مستوى انتشار الافكار اللاعقلانية ومستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى أفراد العينة , بالإضافة إلى البحث في دلالة الفروق في الدرجة الكلية للأساتذة على كل من مقياسي الدراسة وأثر عاملي ) الجنس والخبرة ( , وتم إتباع المنهج الوصفي حيث بلغت العينة كل الأساتذة المتواجدون بالثانوية عددهم 59 أستاذ وأستاذة , وتم الاعتماد على مقياس الافكار اللاعقلانية الذي أعده سليمان الريحاني 1987 ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية الذي أعده بشير معمرية )2011( . استخدمت الطالبة الأساليبالإحصائية التالية : المتوسطات الحسابية , الانحرافات المعيارية , اختبار )T( لدلالة الفروق , وتمت المعالجة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية )SPSS( للإجابة على التساؤلات التالية : 1- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأساتذة ذوي التفكير العقلاني والأساتذة ذوي التفكير اللاعقلاني في درجة الكفاءة الذاتية؟ 2- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الأساتذة الذكور والأساتذة الإناث في مقياس الافكار اللاعقلانية ؟ 3- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الأساتذة الذكور والأساتذة الإناث في مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية ؟ 4- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الأساتذةالأقل من خمس سنوات خبرة والأكثر من خمس سنوات خبرة في مقياس الافكار اللاعقلانية ؟ 5- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الأساتذة الأقل من خمس سنوات خبرة والأكثر من خمس سنوات خبرة في مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية ؟ وكانت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي : - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأساتذة ذوي التفكير العقلاني والأساتذة ذوي التفكير اللاعقلاني في درجة الكفاءة الذاتية لصالح ذوي التفكير اللاعقلاني . - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد العينة في الدرجة الكلية على مقياس الافكار اللاعقلانية بالنسبة لمتغير الجنس . - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد العينة في الدرجة الكلية للمقياس الكفاءة الذاتية بالنسبة لمتغير الجنس . - وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الأساتذةالأقل من خمس سنوات خبرة والأكثر من خمس سنوات خبرة في الدرجة الكلية على مقياس الافكار اللاعقلانية ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية بالنسبة لمتغير الخبرة .

Abstract : The current study aims to elucdate the type of reletion ship a mony the irrational thoughts and self –efficancy at the ben labiadkouder high- school in Ain ELBELL and to point out the level of progation of irrational and the level of performamce among the members the ,besids to examine the signification of the differences of the eutre level at the teacgers on every scool of study and inpact of sex and experience , He have adopted the dexriptive method . The sample in cludes all the teachers of the high-school composed of 59 teachers our zork is bascd on the psychological standard of irrational thoughts elaboraled by SaleimanRayHANI 1987 and psychological standad of self – estem of BACHIR MA,ARIA 2011 . We have used the following methods : medians , standard deriva Tion T test to pontoyt difference under tratent using the statustcalpakaes for social scinces ,SPSS The question are as folloing : 1- Is therary statistical difference omang the teacher of rational and those of vrational one in self efficany ? 2-Is ther any statistical difference among the male and any fenal teacher . refferencerto psychological of vertion al theoght ? 3- Is ther any statistical Differencer referring to the level of the male and fenal teacher in the self-esteem ? 4- Is therary statistical omanger teacher of less tham 05 Years experiences? 5-is therary statistical between the level of teacher of lees 05 years experience in the self-esteem ? The restts noticed that there difference statistical omange the syantifocal among teacher with ratinal thinking and thos with irrational thinking .concerring the and thos irrational thinking we alse figured out that are difference statistical siginficat among the members of the sambel in the eurteveral at urationaltheorset .concerning the sex variable.ther are alos statistical significaldeffirencer among the member of the samble at the eutre level in self asterm ,conceernce the sex variable the study has led toc sort out thet they are no statestecalysigunficant difference between teacher who have less tham 05years experience least and those of mortham 05 years experiences in the enter level reffireing to the vertional and the self-efcamnyconcering the experience variebele .
