Abstract:
قامت هذه الدراسة بقياس أثر الاستدامة على بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية (الدين العام ،الموازنة العامة، النمو الاقتصادي )في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2000-2020 ولتحقيق هدفها قمنا بدراسة وصفية وتحليلية لمتغيرات الدراسة ،ودراسة تطبيقية باستخدام أساليب الاقتصاد القياسي والسلاسل الزمنية الحديثة وذلك بتطبيق اختبار ديكي فولر لاختبار استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية للمتغيرات محل الدراسة واختبار السببية لغرانجر ، واختبار جوهانسن لتكامل مشترك وفي الاخير تقدير نموذج شعاع تصحيح الخطأ.
و من خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى مايلي:
- وجود علاقة تكامل المشترك بين المتغيرات محل الدراسة خلال فترة الدراسة؛
-وجود تأثير سلبي لنسبة الدين العام إلى الناتج المحلي الاجمالي على النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر في المدى الطويل والقصير؛
-وجود أثر ايجابي نسبة الدين العام إلى الناتج المحلي الاجمالي على رصيد الميزانية العامة في الجزائر في المدى الطويل والقصير.
This study aims to measure the impact of viability on certain macroeconomic indicators in Algeria during the period between 2000 and 2020. To achieve our objective, we conducted a descriptive and analytical study of the study variables and an applied study , using econometrics and modern time series; by applying the Dickey-Fuller test to test the stability of the time series for the variables in question, the Granger causality test, the Johansen cointegration test, and finally the estimation of the Vecm model.
Through this study, we found :
-The existence of a cointegration relationship between the variables studied during the study period;
-There is a negative impact of the public debt/GDP ratio on economic growth in Algeria in the long and short term.
-There is a positive impact of the ratio of public debt to gross domestic product on the balance of Algeria's general budget in the long and short term.
Cette étude vise à mesurer l'impact de la viabilité sur certains indicateurs macroéconomiques en Algérie au cours de la période entre 2000 et 2020. Pour atteindre notre objectif, nous avons mené une étude descriptive et analytique des variables de l'étude et une étude appliquée, en utilisant l'économétrie et des séries temporelles modernes ; en appliquant le test de Dickey-Fuller pour tester la stabilité des séries temporelles pour les variables en question, le test de causalité de Granger, le test de cointégration de Johansen, et enfin l'estimation du modèle Vecm.
Grâce à cette étude, nous avons constaté:
-L'existence d'une relation de cointégration entre les variables étudiées au cours de la période d'étude ;
-Il existe un impact négatif du ratio dette publique/PIB sur la croissance économique en Algérie à long et court terme.
-Il existe un impact positif du ratio de la dette publique sur le produit intérieur brut sur l'équilibre du budget général de l'Algérie à long et court terme.
