ماهي تجليات مفهوم المواطنة في الفلسفة السياسية الغربية

Abstract

نخلص في الأخير إلى أن المواطنة ليست بالكيان او الجوهر يوصف كصورة أبدية الدوام يستوجب الأمر الحفاظ عليه من السابقين إلى اللاحقين ،بل هي بنيان تاريخي، إذ يتطور مفهومها عبر الأزمان ومازال على تقدم وقد اتخذ اشكالا تختلف من عصر لآخر ومن حضارة إلى أخرى ومن جنس لآخر . ورغم الإتفاق على نفس قيمها ومبادئها والتي إختلف تطبيقها حسب الظروف السياسية وغيرها إلا أن مفهومها لم يتوحد بين الشعوب ،ورأينامن خلال ما تطرقنا إليه أن إدراك مفهوم المواطنة في الفكر السياسي اليوناني لم يكن هو ذاتة في الفكر السياسي في العصر الحديث ويظهر ذلك من خلال العقد الإجتماعي عند الفلاسفة السياسيون امثال هوبز و جون لوك وجون جاك روسو وأيضا قد إختلفت كذلك في العصر المعاصر رغم تأييدهم لمفهومالمواطنة عند روسو ،وبهذا فإنه ورغم تشابه الدوافع وأهداف التي تطمح إلى وضع مفهوم ادق للمواطنة فإن إرادة المجتمع وتغير الظروف السياسية والبحث عن الحرية وفرض المساواة بين المواطنين هي التي تحدد مفهوم المواطنة وذلك وفق الواقع ومتطلباته. Résumé: Nous concluons finalement que la citoyenneté n'est pas une entité ou une substance qui est décrite comme une image éternelle qui doit être préservée de la première à la seconde, mais plutôt une structure historique, car son concept se développe dans le temps et continue de progresser et a pris des formes qui diffèrent d'une époque à l'autre, d'une civilisation à l'autre et d'un genre à l'autre. Malgré l'accord sur les mêmes valeurs et principes, dont l'application différait selon les circonstances politiques et autres, son concept n'a pas unifié entre les peuples, et nous avons vu à travers ce que nous avons touché que la compréhension du concept de citoyenneté dans la pensée politique grecque n'était pas la même dans la pensée politique à l'époque moderne et cela apparaît à travers le contrat social. Parmi les philosophes politiques tels que Hobbes, John Locke et John Jacques Rousseau, ils diffèrent également à l'époque contemporaine, malgré leur soutien au concept de citoyenneté dans Rousseau Ainsi, malgré les motivations et les objectifs similaires qui aspirent à développer un concept plus précis de la citoyenneté, la volonté de la société, l'évolution des conditions politiques, la recherche de la liberté et l'imposition de l'égalité entre les citoyens Il définit le concept de citoyenneté, selon la réalité et ses conditions. Thus, despite the similar motives and goals that aspire to develop a more accurate concept of citizenship, the will of society, changing political conditions, searching for freedom and imposing equality among citizens It defines the concept of citizenship, according to reality and its requirements.
