الاستنساخ بين الفلسفة والدين

Abstract

إن مع ظهور الثورات العلمية التي أدت بدورها إلى اكتشاف الهندسة الوراثية، التي هي مشتقة من كلمتين الهندسة والوراثة فالهندسة تعني التخطيط لوصول إلى هدف في حين الوراثة هي التشابه والاختلاف بين الكائنات الحية التي تحدد لكل كائن حي وإن من بين تقنيات الهندسة الوراثية لدينا الاستنساخ الذي هو مصطلح علمي يعني التنسيل وقد تمكن علماء البيولوجيا بعد تجاربهم في استنساخ بعد تجاربهم من استنساخ الخلايا البشرية تمكنوا من الاستنساخ الذي أحدث رواجا كبيرا وهو استنساخ النعجةDollyالتي فتحت احتمالية نجاح هذا الاستنساخ على البشر وهذا بدوره أشعل فتيل حرب بين الدين والفلسفة وذكرت بعدها تحديد اهم المفاهيم التي انطوت داخل هذا الموضوع التي هي الفلسفة والاستنساخ والدين والأخلاق كما ذكرت من اكتشاف الخلية وصولا إلى ADN ثم ماهية الهندسة الوراثية وتليها ماهية الاستنساخ البشري وفي الاخير تحدثت مايخص مشروعيته بين مؤيدين الذين يرونه مادام ينفع البشرية ومعارضين نفوه من اول واعتبروه مجرد أخبار زائفة واما جانب ديني فقد ذكرنا شرائع السماوية اليهودية والمسيحية والإسلام مع ذكر راي اهم فقهاء في ذلك وقارنت بينهم بما توفر لدينا من مصادر ومراجع سائلا الله تعالى التوفيق والسداد.

Avec l'émergence des révolutions scientifique ,qui ont à leur tour conduit à la découverte du génie génétique ,qui est dérivé des deux mots ingénierie et génitique .L'ingénierie signifie planifier pur atteinder Un objectif ,tandis que la génétique est la similitude et la différence entre les organismes génétique Ce qui détermine tout organisme vivant ,et parmi les techeniques du génie génitique nous avons le clonage ,que est un terme scientifique qui signifie clonage .Les biologistes ont pu ,après leurs expériences ,cloner des cellules humaines ,et ils ont pu cloner ,ce que est devenu très populaire. Puis ce qu,'est le génie gėnitique, suivi de la nature du clonage humain et enfin j'ai parlé de sa légitimé parmi les partisans qui y voient tant qui'il profite à l'humain ,et des opposants qui l'ont nie des le depart et l'ont considėrė comme une fausse nouvelle .Quant à l'aspect religieux ,nous avons mentionné les lois cėlestes du judaisme ,du christianisme et de l'islame en mentionnant L'opinion des justes les l'importants en la matiere et les avons compareés avec ce dont nous disposons à partir source et de réfėrences.

Afterthat,I have set the most important concepts that were involved within this subject, which are philosophy, cloning, religion and morals, as I mentioned the steps from the discovery of the cell to the DNA, and then the essence of genetic engineering, followed by what is human cloning, in the end I spoke about its legitimacy among supporters who see that it benefits humanity and opponents who denied it from the beginning and considered it as fake news. As for the religious aspect, we have mentioned the heavenly laws of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, with mentioning the opinion of the most important jurists and comparing between them.
