تعدد أدوار المرأة وعلاقته بالمشكلات الأسریة

Abstract

المخلص : دفع التطور الاجتماعي والاقتصادي الكبیر المرأة للخروج الى سوق العمل ومشاركة الرجل في تحمل معظم المسؤولیات الخاصة بالأسرة الا ان المرأة أثبتت وجودها في مختلف القطاعات ،فشغلت بذلك أعلى المناصب ،ومما لا یخفى على أحد أن هناك تغییر ملحوظ في مراكز المرأة في الاسرة بسبب التغیر الاجتماعي العام .ومن هذا المنطلق حاولنا في دراستنا هذه معرفة ما ان كان هناك علاقة بین المشكلات الاسریة وقیام المرأة بمختلف الادوار حیث قمنا بتقسیم هذه الدراسة الى شقین او جانبین فكان الجانب النظري الاول ما یعرف بالجانب النظري ،وتناولنا فیه مجمل العناوین الخاصة بأدوار المرأة والمشكلات الاسریة اما الجانب الثاني فكان عبارة عن دراسة میدانیة على عینة من الاستاذات العاملات في كلیة العلوم الاجتماعیة والانسانیة بجامعة زیان عاشور ،وكان الهدف منها معرفة ما اذ كانت هناك علاقة بین المشكلات الاسریة وعمل المرأة. إلا انه وبعد توزیعنا للاستمارة والتي هي الاداة التي كانت جد مساعدة في دراستنا المیدانیة اتضح ان العدید من الاستاذات العاملات لا توجد لدیهن اي نوع من المشكلات الاسریة وهذا راجع الى ان الظروف المادیة الجیدة وتوفر الحاجیات الأسریة من العوامل المساعدة علة التوافق الأسري بشكل كبیر. Abstract the big social and economic development made the women to go to work and share the men in holding the responsibilities in the family . and be cause if the social change there is a change in the position of the women in the family . and from this we tried in our study to know if there is a problem between the problems in the family and the women working .we split wour study into 2 .theoretical part and practicale . in their first we study the problems in the family and in the second we choose a case study we used a survey .and in the end the resulte was that there is no problems in the family related to womens work . résumé Le grand développement social et économique a amené les femmes à travailler et à partager les hommes en assumant les responsabilités dans la famille. Et être cause si le changement social, il y a un changement dans la position des femmes dans la famille. Et de cela, nous avons essayé dans notre étude de savoir s'il existe un problème entre les problèmes dans la famille et les femmes travaillant. Nous avons divisé notre étude en 2 .theoreticale part and pratique . Dans la première, nous étudions les problèmes dans la famille et, dans le second, nous choisissons une étude de cas, nous avons utilisé une survie. Et à la fin, le résultat était qu'il n'y avait pas de problème dans la famille liée au travail des femmes.
