التغير الاجتماعي وأثره على قيم العمل لدى المعلمات

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف دراستنا إلى معرفة ما مدى تأثير التغير الاجتماعي على قيم العمل لدى المعلمات كتساؤل عام والتساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت في مدى تأثير التغير الاجتماعي في المجتمع الجزائري في القيمة الاقتصادية للعمل وكيف تؤدي إلى تغير نظرة المعلمات إلى قيمة الفخر بالعمل ومن هذا توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية من خلال دراسة عينة من المعلمات ولقد تم الاعتماد في دراستنا على الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين من العينة التي اخترناها للدراسة وهي عينة قصديه أي اختيارنا للمعلمات حيث تم تقسيم الاستمارة إلى بيانات عامة تساعدنا في تحليل الفرضيات والتأكد من صحتها وفرضيات جزئية كما استعملنا لتحليل البيانات تكرارات ونسب مئوية وطريقةspss أما الفرضيات على قسمناها على النحو التالي الفرضية العامة التغيرات الاجتماعية في المجتمع الجزائري قد تؤدي إلى تغير نظرة المعلمات إلى قيمة العمل أما الفرضية الجزئية الأولى مفادها إن التغير الاجتماعي يؤدي إلى تغير نظرة المعلمات للقيمة الاقتصادية من خلال بحثهن على عمل إضافي أو تغيير المهنة ومن خلال الإجابات لأفراد العينة حول الأسئلة التي طرحناها والتي تتضمن هذه القيمة اتضح انه فعلا هناك ميل اكبر اتجاه تبني هذه القيمة من خلال اهتمامهم بالعائد المادي أما الفرضية الجزئية الثانية مفادها إن التغير الاجتماعي يؤدي إلى تدني قيمة الفخر بالعمل اتضح من خلال التحليل انه فعلا لا يملن كثيرا لتبني هذه القيمة . Abstract Our study aims to determine the extent to which social change affects the work values of teachers as a general question. The secondary questions were the extent to which social change in Algerian society affects the economic value of work and how it leads to a change in teachers' view of the value of pride in work. Sample of the parameters We have relied in our study on the questionnaire to collect data from the respondents from the sample we chose for the study, which is a sample of our choice of teachers, where the form was divided into general data to help us in the analysis of hypotheses and confirm their validity and partial hypotheses The hypothesis is that social change leads to a change in the teachers' view of economic value through their research. On the additional work or change of profession and through the answers to the sample on the questions we asked, which includes this value it turned out that there is actually a tendency to adopt the largest value of this interest through the material return The second partial hypothesis that Social change leads to a low value of pride in work. It is clear from the analysis that it does not really care to adopt this value.
