الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية التعليمية المتبعة في الجزائر منذ دخولها أرض الجزائر سنة 1830 م، وحتى تفجير 1900 وما ترتب عن هذه السياسة من سلبيات أو إيجابيات، ومعرفة مدى تأثير هذه السياسة على المجتمع الجزائري، كما حصرت إنتاج الجزائر المستعمرة لصالح السوق الفرنسية بعدما صادرت أراضي الجزائريين وحولتها من ملكية فردية إلى ملكية للدولة وللمعمرين بتشريعات تعسفية، كما ضاعفت الإدارة الاستعمارية من أعداد المستوطنين بتشجيع الهجرة إلى البلاد الجزائرية، وبذلك أصبح المستوطنون قوة اقتصادية وبشرية تتحكم في اقتصاد المستعمرة، فانعكست هذه السياسة على الجزائريين بالتهجير والفقر والمجاعة التي مست أرجاء كثيرة من الوطن.

Summary
This study aims to shed light on the French colonial educational policy followed in Algeria since entering the land of Algeria in the year 1830 AD, until the bombing of 1900, and the consequences of this policy of negatives or positives, and knowing the extent of the impact of this policy on Algerian society, as it limited the production of colonial Algeria in favor of The French market after it confiscated the lands of the Algerians and turned them from individual ownership to state ownership and to the settlers with arbitrary legislation, and the colonial administration doubled the number of settlers by encouraging immigration to the Algerian country, and thus the settlers became an economic and human force that controls the colony’s economy, so this policy was reflected on the Algerians with displacement, poverty and famine that touched many parts of the country.

Résumé
Cette étude vise à faire la lumière sur la politique éducative coloniale française menée en Algérie depuis son entrée en terre algérienne en l'an 1830 après JC, jusqu'au bombardement de 1900, et les conséquences de cette politique du négatif ou du positif, et connaissant l'ampleur impact de cette politique sur la société algérienne, car elle a limité la production de l'Algérie coloniale au profit du marché français après avoir confisqué les terres des Algériens et les avoir fait passer de la propriété individuelle à la propriété de l'État et aux colons avec une législation arbitraire, et le marché colonial l'administration a doublé le nombre de colons en encourageant l'immigration vers le pays algérien, et ainsi les colons sont devenus une force économique et humaine qui contrôle l'économie de la colonie, donc cette politique s'est reflétée sur les Algériens avec le déplacement, la pauvreté et la famine qui ont touché de nombreuses parties du pays.
