عوامل مشاركة العمال في التنظيمات النقابية دراسة تطبيقية عن عمال المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية

Abstract

ملخص

إن مع ظهور المجتمع الصناعي الحديث خلال القرن الثامن عشر الذي صاحب الثورة الصناعية وموجة التغيرات التي اجتاحت العالم في تلك الفترة على مختلف الأصعدة و البدأ مرحلة جديد متطورة قائمة على أساس سعي العمال من اجل تحقيق حياة اجتماعية أفضل وهذا أدى إلى ظهور التنظيمات النقابية لأنها السبيل الوحيد للدفاع عن حقوق العمال وتحقيق مطالبهم . ومن هذا المنطلق تناولنا بالدراسة والتحليل عوامل مشاركة العمال في التنظيمات النقابية حيث احتوت الدراسة على ثلاث فصول الفصل الأول : جسد الإطار المنهجي للدراسة الفصل الثاني : تناولنا فيه مفاهيم التنظيم النقابي وعوامل المشاركة الفصل الثالث : ويتمثل في الجانب الميداني للدراسة وقد توصلنا خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن هنالك عوامل مختلفة والتي لها دور كبير في مشاركة العمال في التنظيمات النقابية ومن هذه العوامل العامل الاجتماعي والعامل الاقتصادي والسياسي وعامل الرضا الوظيفي .

Résumé La Avec l'avènement de la société industrielle moderne au XVIIIe siècle que le propriétaire de la révolution industrielle et la vague de changements qui ont balayé le monde durant cette période à différents niveaux et commencent la course une nouvelle étape développé sur la base de la poursuite des travailleurs afin de parvenir à une meilleure vie sociale et cela a conduit à l'émergence d'organisations syndicales, car elle est la seule façon pour défendre les droits des travailleurs et de leurs exigences. En ce sens, nous avons eu affaire à l'étude et l'analyse des facteurs que la participation des travailleurs au sein des organisations syndicales, où l'étude comportait trois chapitres Chapitre I: Le corps du cadre méthodologique de l'étude Chapitre II: nous avons eu affaire avec les concepts d'organisation syndicale et les facteurs impliqués Chapitre III: Le champ du côté de l'étude Nous avons atteint au cours de cette étude qu'il ya des facteurs qui ont un rôle important dans la participation des travailleurs au sein des organisations syndicales et ces facteurs sont le facteur social du facteur économique et politique et le facteur de satisfaction au travail.

Abstract: With the emergence of modern industrial society during the eighteenth century, which accompanied the industrial revolution and the wave of changes that swept the world in that period at various levels and started a new stage developed based on the quest of workers to achieve a better social life and this led to the emergence of trade union organizations because it is the only way To defend workers' rights and fulfill their demands. From this point of view we dealt with the study and analysis factors of the participation of workers in trade union organizations, where the study contained three chapters Chapter One: The Body of the Methodological Framework of the Study Chapter Two: We discussed the concepts of trade union organization and the factors of participation Chapter Three: The field aspect of the study In this study, we found that there are various factors that have a significant role in the participation of workers in trade union organizations. These factors include the social factor, the economic and political factor and the job satisfaction factor.
