واقع النشاطات اللاصفية داخل المدرسة الجزائرية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع النشاطات اللاصفية داخل المدرسة الجزائرية وبالخصوص في الطور الابتدائي من خلال التعرف على دور هذه الأنشطة في ممارستها وما تتركه من أثر إيجابي في إبراز مواهبهم وقدراتهم ، حيث تساعد على تجسيد الجانب النظري ميدانيا والتقرب أكثر إلى الواقع في العمل بالمشروع ، كما تعرفنا أيضا على مساهمة الأولياء بما يستطيعون في دعم وتشجيع في إثراء هذه العملية ، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أهم المعيقات التي تحد من ممارسة هذه الأنشطة وهذا مما يعطل نوعا ما تطبيقها على صورتها الحقيقية من طرف المعلمين ، كما أنها تنقص من عزيمة المتعلمين في تفوقهم الدراسي والتطلع إلى مستقبل أفضل . وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي واستخدمنا أداة الاستمارة لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين كما قسمنا الاستمارة إلى أربعة محاور ، فالمحور الأول فيه البيانات الشخصية والمحور الثاني تناولنا فيه بيانات خاصة بدور الأنشطة اللاصفية في إبراز مواهب المتعلم والمحور الثالث يتكلم عن اهتمام الأولياء بالنشاطات اللاصفيةللمتعلم ، أما المحور الرابع ففيه بيانات خاصة بالعوائق التي تحد من ممارسة النشاطات اللاصفية ، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود دور إيجابي للأنشطة اللاصفية في تنمية القدرات الفكرية من خلال إبراز مواهبهم وتشجيع الأولياء لها ، كما تقف عوائق كثيرة تحد من ممارستها على أكمل وجه.

Résumé de l'étude Cette étude visait à identifier la réalité des activités parascolaires au sein de l'école algérienne,en particulier dans la phase primaire en reconnaissant le role de ces activités dans l'exercice et de laisser l'impact à positif en mettant en lumière leurs taalents et leurscapacitès,en aidant à incarner le coté théorique du terrain et plus plus de travailler rèellement sur le projet ,ilsontaussiapprissur la contribution des saints cequ'ils peuvent pour soutenir et encourager l'enrichissement de ce processus ,ainsique d'identifier les plus importants obstacles qui limitent l'exercice de ces activités ,ce qui perturbe ce peu appliquée à l'image réelle par les enseignants ,ils nuisent à la détermination almtalma n dans leur excellence académique et dans l'attente d'un avenir meilleur. Nous avons adoptédanscetteétude ,l'approche descriptive et nous avous utilisé l'outil de formulaire pour recueillir les données des répondants a également divisé la forme à quatre axes ,le premier vamahor dans lequel les données personnelles et le second axe,nous avons traité avec les données spécifiques du role des activités extra scolaires pour mettre en évdence les talents de troisiéme axe de l'apprenant à parler de l'intérét des patriarches activités allasfihmtalm, l' axe le quatriéme est soumis à des barriéres de données spécifiques qui limitent la pratique des activités parascolaires ,ou l'étude a révélé un role positif pour les activités de développment des capacités intellectuelles parscolaire en mettant en valeur leurs talents et encourager les eux autant d'obstacles se distiguent limiter la pratique au maximun.

StudySummary The prsentstudyaimed to identify the reality ofextracurricularactivitieswithin the algerianschool,especially in the primary stage,by identifying the role of theseactivities in their practice and the positive impact they have on the presentation of their talents and abilities,they help to conceptualize the field on the ground,wealsolearnedabut the contribution of the parents to whattheycan to support and encourage in enrichingthisprocess,as well as to identify the most important obstacles thatlimit the exercise of theseactivities,whichsomewhatimpedetheir application to the real image of the teachers,and itreduces the determination of the learner n in theiracademic excellence and lookingforward to a better future. In thisstudy,weused the descriptive approach and used the questionnairetool to collect data from the respondents,wedivided the questionnaire into four axes ,the first was the personaldata and the second axis ,wedealtwith data on the rol of extracurricularactivities in highlighting the talents of the learner,the third axis talks about the theinterest of the parents in extracurricularactivities,fourththere are data on the obstacles thatlimit the practice of extra curricularactivities, The studycooncludedthatthereis a positive role for extra curricularactivities in developingintellectualabilities by highlightingtheir talents and encouragingtheirparents.Limit the practice to the fullest.
