هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة دور الحوافز المادية حيث تلعب دوراً محورياً في تعزيز الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة سونلغاز. تُحفّز الحوافز المالية الموظفين على بذل جهد إضافي لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة وزيادة إنتاجيتهم. من خلال تقديم مكافآت مالية منتظمة مثل المكافآت السنوية، العلاوات الدورية، والمكافآت الفورية لتحقيق إنجازات محددة، يشعر الموظفون بالتقدير والاعتراف بمساهماتهم، مما يزيد من رضاهم الوظيفي والتزامهم بالمؤسسة. هذه الحوافز لا تحفز الأداء الفردي فقط، بل تعزز أيضاً العمل الجماعي والتعاون بين الموظفين، مما يساهم في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية بكفاءة أكبر. علاوة على ذلك، يمكن للحوافز المادية أن تشجع الموظفين على تطوير مهاراتهم وتحسين كفاءاتهم، مما يؤدي إلى تحسين شامل في الأداء الوظيفي للمؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوافز المادية، الاداء، المؤسسة.

L'étude visait à connaître le rôle des incitations matérielles, qui jouent un rôle crucial dans l'amélioration des performances professionnelles à Sonelgaz. Les incitations financières motivent les employés à fournir des efforts supplémentaires pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise et augmenter leur productivité. En offrant des récompenses financières régulières telles que des primes annuelles, des augmentations périodiques et des primes instantanées pour des réalisations spécifiques, les employés se sentent appréciés et reconnus pour leurs contributions, ce qui augmente leur satisfaction professionnelle et leur engagement envers l'entreprise. Ces incitations ne stimulent pas seulement les performances individuelles, mais renforcent également le travail d'équipe et la coopération entre les employés, contribuant ainsi à atteindre les objectifs organisationnels avec une plus grande efficacité.
