Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى المرضى المصابين بمقاومة الأنسولين ،كما هدفت إلىمعرفة ما إذا كان هناك فروق في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تعزى إلى بعض المتغيرات على غرار: (الجنس ، السن ،الوزن، مدة الإصابة )، تكونت عينة الدراسة من ستة (06) أفراد من المصابين بمقاومة الأنسولين، من الجنسين (03 )إناث و (03 ) ذكور، تم إخيارهم بطريقة قصدية مع إستخدام المنهج العيادي ، وللتحقق من أهداف الدراسة إستخدمنا مقياس الصلابة النفسية مع دراسة الحالة كأدوات جمع للبيانات ، وقمنا بالمعالجة الإحصائية لفرضيات الدراسة ،بإستخدامتقنيات إحصائية هي: المتوسط الحسابيوإختبار الفروق (t.test ) للعينة الواحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين ، حيث توصلنا للنتائج التالية:
مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى المرضى بمقاومة الأنسولين منخفض.
عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث في درجات مقياس الصلابة النفسية
عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الشباب والكهول في درجات مقياس الصلابة النفسية
عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين ذوي السمنة والسمنة المفرطة في درجات الصلابة النفسية
عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الصلابة النفسيةتعزى لمتغير مدة الإصابة لدى مرضى مقاومة الأنسولين.
كما يبدو، فلم تتحقق أغلب فرضيات الدراسة ، لذلك نقترح إجراء دراسات مشابهة مع تغييرالعينة أو البيئة أو أدوات البحث للوصول إلى نتائج مختلفة أو تأكيد نتائج هذه الدراسة.

The study aimed to know the level of psychological hardiness among patients with insulin resistance. It also aimed to find out whether there were differences in the level of psychological hardiness due to some variables such as: (gender, age, weight, duration of infection).
The study sample consisted of six (06) Individuals with insulin resistance, of both sexes (03) females and (03) males, were selected intentionally using the clinical approach, and to verify the objectives of the study, we used the psychological hardiness scale with the case study as data collection tools, and we statistically processed the study hypotheses,Using statistical techniques: the arithmetic mean and the test of differences (t.test) for one sample and for two independent samples, we arrived at the following results:
The level of psychological hardiness in patients with insulin resistance is low. There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the psychological hardiness scale scores There are no statistically significant differences between young people and adults in the psychological hardiness scale scores There are no statistically significant differences between obese and severely obese people in degrees of psychological hardiness There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological hardiness due to the variable duration of injury among patients with insulin resistance.
As it seems, most of the study's hypotheses were not met, so we suggest conducting similar studies while changing the sample, environment, or research tools to reach different results or confirm the results of this study.
