القلق الاجتماعي وعلاقته بالأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على القلق الاجتماعي وعلاقته بالأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة، اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاكلينيكي ، لما تتطلب الدراسة من دقة وموضوعية، كما اعتمدنا على المقابلة العيادية نصف موجهة لجمع البيانات ، أما فيما يخص المقاييس اعتمدنا على مقياس الرهاب الاجتماعي (رولين ووي) و مقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية (سليمان الريحاني). وبعد اجراء المقابلة العيادية وتطبيق المقياسين توصلنا الى النتائج التالية:  توجد علاقة بين القلق الاجتماعي و الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة.  مستوى القلق الاجتماعي لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة مرتفع.  مستوى انتشار الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى عينة من طلبة الجامعة مرتفع.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify social anxiety and its relation to irrational thoughts among a sample of university students.in this study, we relied on the clinical approach; because the study requires accuracy and objectivity.we also relied on a semi-directed clinical interview to collect data as for the measures we relied the phobias scale (rolen row) and the irrationel thoughts scale (sleiman al rihani). After conducting the clinical interview and applying the two scales ,we reached the following results  There is a relashion between social anxiety and irrational thoughts in a sample of university students.  The level of social anxiety among sample of university students is high.  The level of prevelance of irrational thoughts among a sample of university students is high.
