الإدارة الالكترونية كمدخل لتحقيق التطوير التنظيمي في المؤسسة

Abstract

هذه الدراسة تندرج تحت عنوان الإدارة الإلكترونية كمدخل لتحقيق التطوير التنظيمي في المؤسسة (دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير بالجلفة). تناولت الدراسة في الإطار النظري لها مشكلة الدراسة و فرضيات الدراسة وأهميتها من الناحية النظرية و العلمية وبعد ذلك تم عرض أهم المفاهيم و المصطلحات المتعلقة بالدراسة. حيث هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على العلاقة بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والتطوير التنظيمي لدى عمال الديوان الوطني للتطهير بالجلفة وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي ، و قد استخدم الباحث الإستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات . أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها:  توجد علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية وقوية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والتطوير التنظيمي في مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير بالجلفة.  مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى عمال موظفي مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير بالجلفة مرتفع.  مستوى التطوير التنظيمي لدى عمال موظفي مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير بالجلفة مرتفع.  توجد فروق في مستوى الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى عينة من عمال موظفي مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير بالجلفة تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الخبرة المهنية).  توجد فروق في مستوى التطوير التنظيمي لدى عينة من عمال موظفي مؤسسة الديوان الوطني للتطهير بالجلفة تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس،السن،المستوىالتعليمي،الخبرة المهنية). الكلمات المفتاحية:الادارة الإلكترونية،التطوير التنظيمي • Abstract : This study falls under the title of electronic management as an introduction to achieving organizational development in the institution. A field study at the National sanitation utility in Djelfa. The study dealt with, within its theoretical framework, the problem of the study, the hypotheses of the study, and their importance from a theoretical and scientific standpoint. After that, the most important concepts and terminology were presented related to study. The study aimed to identify the relationship between electronic management and organizational development among workers of the National sanitation utility in Djelfa. We used the descriptive approach, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The most important results reached :  There is a positive and strong correlation between electronic management and organizational development in the National sanitation utility  The level of application of electronic management among the workers and employees of the National sanitation utility in Djelfa is high  The level of organizational development among workers and employees of the National sanitation utility in Djelfa is high  There are differences in the level of electronic management among a sample of workers and employees of National sanitation utility in Djelfa according to the variables of gender, age, educational level, and professional experience.
