Abstract The business environment is characterized by continuous technical and technological change and development, in addition to the intense of competition between service establishments. This is what forces organizations to adopt new technical and digital methods to keep up with them. Digitization is considered the main pillar of the organization and directing it towards achieving the goals in distinctive, modern and especially creative ways to continue giving everything that is distinctive and modern. It is also related to enhancing internal communication in the organization and promoting various things related to digitization to enhance communication and collaboration between management staff. This study aimed to highlight the role of digitization in enhancing internal communication in the service establishment, where the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data about the variables of the study, and the sample of the study included 84 frameworks in the Bureau of development and establishing management.
