Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على علاقة الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد بمهارات العناية بالذات لدى اطفالهن من وجهة نظر الامهات، وقد تم اجراء الدراسة في المركز البيداغوجي بمدينة الجلفة على عينة مكونة من 30 ام لاطفال توحد، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم الاستعانة بمقياس الضغط النفسي ومقياس العناية الذاتية، وقد خلصت نتائج دراستنا الى ان انه لا توجد علاقة بين الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد ومهارات العناية بالذات لدى اطفالهن من وجهة نظر الامهات، وان مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد منخفض، كما ان مستوى مهارات العناية بالذات لدى اطفال التوحد من وجهة نظر الأمهات متوسط الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغط النفسي، أمهات أطفال التوحد، مهارات العناية بالذات

Abstract : The study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological stress among mothers of autistic children and their children’s self-care skills from the mothers’ point of view. The study was conducted at the pedagogical center in the city of Djelfa on a sample of 30 mothers of autistic children. We relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the stress scale was used. Psychological and self-care scale. The results of our study concluded that there is no relationship between psychological stress among mothers of autistic children and the self-care skills of their children from the mothers’ point of view, and that the level of psychological stress among mothers of autistic children is low, and the level of self-care skills among mothers Average autistic children Keywords: psychological stress, mothers of autistic children, self-care skills
