دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء الإدارة الجامعية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الرقمنة في تحسين آداء الادارة الجامعية ،من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة تمثلت في اساتذة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية بجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة ،ولبلوغ هدف الدراسة قمنا بتصميم إستمارة إستبيان كأداة رئيسية ومقابلة في هذه الدراسة لجمع المعلومات اللازمة و تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في اعتماد الرقمنة في تحقيق رهان تحسين آداء الأساتذة و الادارة الجامعية واعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الكمي والكيفي بعينة بسيطة تمثلت في 108 أستاذ و تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss. وتوصلت الدراسة في الأخير الى جملة من النتائج تؤكد من تحقق دور الرقمنة في تحسين آداء الادارة الجامعية. الكلماتالمفتاحية: الرقمنة،آداء،الإدارة الجامعية

ملخص الدراسة بالأجنبية : summary: This study aims to know the role of digitization in improving the performance of university administration, by conducting a field study on a sample represented by professors of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Zian Ashour University in Djelfa. To achieve the goal of the study, we designed a questionnaire form as a main tool and an interview in this study to collect the necessary information. The importance of this lies in This study is about adopting digitization to achieve the goal of improving the performance of professors and university administration. In our study, we relied on the quantitative and qualitative approach with a simple sample of 108 professors, and the data was processed using the SPSS program.

The study finally reached a number of results that confirm the role of digitization in improving the performance of university administration. Keywords: digitization, performance, university administration
