الأداء التكنولوجي و تأثيره على الفعالية التنظيمية للمؤسسة , دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر بمدينة الجلفة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير الأداء التكنولوجي في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية داخل مؤسسات البريد، حيث يحظى الأداء التكنولوجي بأهمية كبرى نظرًا لمساهمته في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية والحفاظ على بقاء المؤسسة في ظل المشهد التنافسي، وذلك من خلال استغلال الموارد المتاحة للمؤسسة بأقل تكلفة وبكفاءة عالية. استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بمتغيرين مستقل وتابع، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في مئة وسبعة موظفين، واستخدمنا أداة الاستبيان. بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيًا، تم التوصل إلى أن مؤسسة البريد تعتمد على استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات لزيادة فعاليتها التنظيمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا، الفعالية التنظيمية، الأداء البشري، مؤسسة البريد.

The study aimed to explore the impact of technological performance on achieving organizational effectiveness within postal institutions. Technological performance holds significant importance due to its contribution to achieving organizational effectiveness and maintaining the institution's sustainability in a competitive landscape, by utilizing available resources at minimal cost and with high efficiency. We used the descriptive method with two variables, independent and dependent. The study sample consisted of one hundred and seven employees, and we used a questionnaire as a tool. After collecting and statistically processing the results, it was concluded that the postal institution relies on the use of information technology to increase its organizational effectiveness.
