AbstractGiven the multiplicity of cutting parameters in machining by material removal, the modeling of cutting parameters has become very important for technicians and scientists, especially the cutting speed.For the determination with precision, flexibility and in an adequate way of the cutting speed in order to produce mechanical parts of good quality and in a reduced time as well as a significant productivity, our modeling study is based on an abacus widely used in the field of mechanical manufacturing workshops in order to integrate the greatest number of influencing factors related to the choice of cutting speed.The fruit of this memory is a mathematical model that helps to determine the cutting speed in an adequate way.
Résumé Compte tenu de la multiplicité des paramètres de coupe en usinage par enlèvement de matière, la modélisation des paramètres de coupe est devenue très importante pour les techniciens et les scientifiques, notamment la vitesse de coupe.Pour la détermination avec précision, souplesse et de manière adéquate de la vitesse de coupe afin de produire des pièces mécaniques de bonne qualité et dans un temps réduit ainsi qu'une productivité importante, notre étude de modélisation s'appuie sur un abaquelargement utilisé dansles ateliers defabrication mécanique afin d'intégrer le plus grand nombre de facteurs d'influence liés au choix de la vitesse de coupe.Lefruit de cette mémoire est un modèle mathématique qui aide à déterminer la vitesse de coupe de manière adéquate.
