الضغط المهني و علاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدى معلمي طور الإبتدائي

Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان "الضغط المهني وعلاقته بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي الطور الإبتدائي دراسة ميدانية في ابتدائيات بلدية الزعفران ولاية الجلفة" وقد حاولنا في هذه الدراسة الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية : - هل توجد علاقة بين الضغط المهني ودافيعية الانجاز لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران ؟ - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الضغط المهني لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى لمتغير الجنس؟ - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى لمتغير الجنس ؟ - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الضغط المهني لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ؟ - هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ؟ وانطلاقا من هذه التساؤلات قمنا بصياغة الفرضيات التالية: - توجد علاقة بين الضغط المهني و الدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران . - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغط المهني لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى للمتغير الجنس. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغط المهني لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى للمتغير سنوات الخبرة. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى للمتغير الجنس. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى للمتغير سنوات الخبرة. حيث تكونت عينة دراسة من (42) معلم ومعلمة منهم (12) ذكور و(30) اناث من العام الدراسي (2023/2024) تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية من 4 ابتدائيات من بلدية الزعفران ولاية الجلفة هم ابتدائية شهيد محمد بوضياف ، ابتدائية المجاهد احمد بن صافي ،وابتدائية محمد بشراوي ،و ابتدائية حمدون سعيد . ولقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بشقيه (ارتباطي والمقارن) ، واستخدمنا الأدوات التالية: مقياس الضغط المهني للباحث منصوري مصطفى ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز للباحث عبد اللطيف محمد خليفة ، كما قمنا بتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الإحصاء Spss. وبالتالي توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة بين الضغوط المهنية و الدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي الطور الإبتدائي . - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغط المهني لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الضغط المهني لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى معلمي إبتدائيات الزعفران تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة .

In this study we have tried to answer the following questions: - Is there a relationship between professional pressure and the prowess of achievement among saffron primary teachers? - Are there statistically significant differences in the degree of professional pressure among saffron primary teachers attributable to the sex variable? - Are there statistically significant differences in the level of motivation of the saffron primary teachers attributed to the sex variable? - Are there statistically significant differences in the degree of professional pressure of saffron primary teachers attributable to the variable years of experience? - Are there statistically significant differences in the level of motivation of the saffron primary teachers attributable to the variable years of experience? On the basis of these questions, we have formulated the following assumptions: - There's a relationship between professional pressure and motivation for achievement among saffron primary teachers. - There are statistically significant differences in the occupational pressure levels of saffron primary teachers due to the sex variable. - There are statistically significant differences in the occupational pressure levels of saffron primary teachers attributable to the variable years of experience. - There are statistically significant differences in the motivational level of achievement among saffron primary teachers due to the sex variable. - There are statistically significant differences in the motivational level of achievement among saffron primary teachers attributable to the variable years of experience. A sample of 42 teachers, including 12 males and 30 females from the school year (2023/2024), was randomly selected from four primary schools in the municipality of Zafaran, the state of Jalfah. In this study, we have drawn on the descriptive approach in his two parts (associated and comparative), using the following tools: the professional pressure measure for researcher Mansuri Mustafa and the motivational measure for the achievement of researcher Abdellatif Mohamed Khalifa, and we have analysed the data using the Spss programme. We therefore reached the following conclusions: - There is a relationship between the professional and motivational pressures of the primary school teachers. - The absence of statistically significant differences in the occupational pressure levels of saffron primary teachers due to the sex variable. - The absence of statistically significant differences in the professional pressure levels of saffron primary teachers due to the variable years of experience; - The absence of statistically significant differences in the level of motivation for achievement among saffron primary teachers due to the sex variable. - The absence of statistically significant differences in the motivational level of achievement among saffron primary teachers due to the variable years of experience.
