To achieve this goal, we conducted a detailed theoretical study of both training and adaptation, and we relied, in analyzing questionnaires, on the statistical package for social sciences (spss) program, and to test the hypotheses we used Arithmetic averages, to prove the existence of a relationship between the study variables. In the end, I concluded that adaptation training has an effective role in the institution And its absence leads to shortcomings in the performance of workers and even represents a danger to them, if training represents the main pillar in developing and rationalizing the performance of the workforce, especially in economic institutions.
