التعليم عن بعد وأثره على التنظيم الإداري

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اثر التعليم عن بعد على التنظيم الإداري. مما تطرقنا إلى مفهوم التعليم عن بعد مفهومه وخصائصه ..الخ . وفي تحدثنا عن التنظيم الإداري ومبادئه ومفهوم الإدارة ومجالاتها ووظائفها ، تعمدنا على الدراسات السابقة وتعقيبها وتخلينا على الجانب التطبيقي بسبب ندرة الوقت وعدم القدرة على إيجاد الإداريين في الوقت المرهون بالنسبة للباحث . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى توصيات عدة أهمها ، تشجيع وتدريب الأساتذة على الاتصال بالطلبة من خلال الصفحات الإلكترونية ، وتطوير منظمة التعليم عن بعد بشكل مستمر ومواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة.

Summary : This study aimed to reveal the impact of distance education on administrative organization. Which we touched on the concept of distance education, its concept and characteristics..etc. When we talked about administrative organization and its principles and the concept of management and its fields and functions, we relied on previous studies and commented on them and abandoned the practical side because of the scarcity of time and the inability to find administrators at the time entrusted to the researcher. The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are encouraging and training professors to communicate with students through electronic pages, developing the distance education organization on an ongoing basis and keeping pace with modern technological developments.
