الفروق فيالتدفق النفسي و التمكين النفسي لدى عينة من الاطباءالجراحين

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن الفروق بين التمكين النفسي و التدفق النفسي و الكشف عن مستوى كل منهما، و لتحقسق اهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدت الطالبتين على المنهج الوصفي،لانه الانسب للدراسة،كما تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الادوات التي طبقت على عينة الدراسة،ة تتمثل في مقياس التدفق النفسي من اعداد جاكسون و مارش 1996،و مقياس التمكين النفسي ،وتم تطبيق الدراسة الاساسية على عينة قوامها(30) جراح بالجلفة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية،وتمت معالجة البيانات التي تحصلت عليها الطالبتين ببرنامج Spss،بالاضافة الى استعمال الباحثتين عدة اساليب احصائية،كالمتوسط الحسابي و الانحراف المعياري،اختبار "T" ،اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي One Way ANOVA ولقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى انه:مستوى التمكين النفسي و التدفق النفسي مرتفع.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بينالذكور و الإناث فيمستوى التمكين النفسيو التدفق النفسي.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسيو التدفق النفسي تبعًا لمتغير التخصص.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسيو التدفق النفسي تبعًا لمتغير سنوات العمل.  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التمكين النفسيو التدفق النفسي تبعًا لمتغير السن.  توجد فروق في مستوى التمكين النفسي لدى الاطباء الجراحين تبعا لمتغير التدفق. الكلمات المفتاحية: التمكين النفسي،التدفقالنفسي،الجراحين.

Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the differences between psychological empowerment and psychological flow and to reveal the level of each. To achieve the objectives of this study, the two students relied on the descriptive approach, as it is the most appropriate for the study. They also relied on a set of tools that were applied to the study sample, represented by the psychological flow scale prepared by Jackson and March 1996, and the psychological empowerment scale. The main study was applied to a sample of (30) surgeons In Djelfa, chosen randomly. The data obtained by the two students were processed using the SPSS program, In addition to the researchers using several statistical methods, such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, "T" test, and one-way ANOVA. The results of the study concluded that:  The level of psychological empowerment and psychological flow is high  There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the level of psychological empowerment and psychological flow.  There are no statistically significant differences In the level of psychological empowerment and psychological flow depending on the specialization variable  There are no statistically significant differences In the level of psychological empowerment and psychological flow depending on the variable of years of work  There are no statistically significant differences In the level of psychological empowerment and psychological flow depending on the variable of age Keywords: Psychological empowerment, psychological flow, surgeons
