Abstract

ملخص : تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع اعتماد المرأة الجزائرية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في طلب الاستشارات الاجتماعية، مركزة على موقع الفيسبوك كنموذج لذلك. وتأتي أهمية البحث من التحول الملحوظ في أنماط التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث أضحى الفضاء الرقمي مجالًا بديلًا لطلب المشورة والدعم، خاصة في القضايا الشخصية والاجتماعية. تهدف الدراسة إلى فهم طبيعة الاستشارات التي تطلبها النساء، ودوافع اللجوء إلى المنصات الرقمية، ومدى تأثير ذلك على العلاقات الاجتماعية والخصوصية. وقد تم اعتماد منهج وصفي ميداني، باستخدام استبيان إلكتروني وُجّه لعينة من مستخدمات فيسبوك، بهدف رصد أنماط السلوك الرقمي المرتبط بطلب المشورة. وتشير النتائج الأولية إلى أن عددًا معتبرًا من النساء يجدن في هذه الفضاءات متنفسًا للتعبير وطلب النصح بعيدًا عن القيود الاجتماعية، مع تفاوت واضح في درجة الثقة في الردود التي يتلقينها. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن التحول نحو طلب الاستشارة عبر الإنترنت يعكس تغيرًا اجتماعيًا وثقافيًا يستدعي مزيدًا من الاهتمام والبحث، خصوصًا في ظل غياب التأطير المهني والتخصصي في هذا النوع من التفاعل الافتراضي. الكلمات المفتاحية: ، فيسبوك، الاستشارات الاجتماعية، الفضاء الرقمي،مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

Abstract: This study explores the reliance of Algerian women on social media platforms for seeking social advice, with a particular focus on Facebook as a case in point. The importance of this research stems from the noticeable shift in patterns of social communication, as the digital space has become an alternative arena for seeking guidance and support, especially in matters of a personal or social nature. The study aims to understand the types of consultations women seek, their motivations for turning to digital platforms, and the impact of this behavior on social relationships and privacy. A descriptiv field approach was adopted, utilizing an online questionnaire distributed to a sample of female Facebook users. The goal was to capture patterns of digital behavior related to advice-seeking. Preliminary findings suggest that a significant number of women view these digital spaces as an outlet for self-expression and seeking guidance, away from traditional social constraints.social constraints. However, there is a noticeable variation in the level of trust placed in the responses they receive. The study concludes that the growing tendency to seek advice online reflects a broader social and cultural transformation—one that calls for deeper attention and further research, particularly in light of the lack of professional and specialized frameworks in this kind of virtual interaction.
