Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مشكلة تدني مستوى اللغة العربية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، باعتبارها من الظواهر التربوية المقلقة التي تمس جوهر العملية التعليمية، وتمثل عائقًا حقيقيًا أمام تحقيق الكفاءة اللغوية المطلوبة في هذه المرحلة التأسيسية. وتسعى الدراسة إلى تشخيص مظاهر هذا التدني، وتحليل أسبابه التربوية والاجتماعية والنفسية، إضافة إلى استكشاف أثر ذلك على التحصيل الدراسي العام للتلاميذ. كما تحاول تقديم مقترحات عملية لتحسين أداء التلاميذ في مهارات اللغة الأساسية من قراءة وكتابة وفهم وتعبير، عبر تفعيل دور المعلم، وتطوير طرائق التدريس، وتحسين البيئة اللغوية داخل المدرسة وخارجها. الكلمات المفتاحية: اللغة العربية – المرحلة الابتدائية – تدني المستوى – التحصيل الدراسي – القراءة – الكتابة – طرائق التدريس – التلميذ.

ملخص الدراسة باللغة الانجليزية : Summary: This study aims to shed light on the issue of the declining level of Arabic language proficiency among primary school pupils, as it represents one of the alarming educational phenomena that directly affect the core of the learning process. It constitutes a real obstacle to achieving the required linguistic competence at this foundational stage. The study seeks to diagnose the manifestations of this decline, analyze its educational, social, and psychological causes, and explore its impact on students’ overall academic performance. It also attempts to propose practical recommendations to enhance students’ performance in the basic language skills of reading, writing, comprehension, and expression by empowering teachers, improving teaching methods, and enriching the linguistic environment both inside and outside the school. ملخص الدراسة باللغة الفرنسية : Résumé : Cette étude vise à éclairer la question de la baisse de maîtrise de la langue arabe chez les élèves du primaire. Ce phénomène éducatif alarmant affecte directement le cœur du processus d’apprentissage. Il constitue un véritable obstacle à l’acquisition des compétences linguistiques requises à ce stade fondamental. L’étude vise à diagnostiquer les manifestations de ce déclin, à analyser ses causes éducatives, sociales et psychologiques, et à explorer son impact sur la performance scolaire globale des élèves. Elle propose également des recommandations pratiques pour améliorer les performances des élèves dans les compétences langagières fondamentales que sont la lecture, l’écriture, la compréhension et l’expression, en responsabilisant les enseignants, en améliorant les méthodes pédagogiques et en enrichissant l’environnement linguistique, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de l’école.
