أثر منحة البطالة على قلق المستقبل المهني

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر منحة البطالة على مستوى قلق المستقبل المهني بالنسبة للطلبة المقبلين على التخرج، ومن خلال أبعاد قلق المستقبل المهني وهم (أعراض قلق المستقبل المهني وقلق الوضع الاقتصادي العام وقلق فرص التوظيف المرتبطة بالتخصص وقلق المكانة العائلية والاجتماعية وبعد قلق الاستقرار الأسري)حيث تمّ بناء الاستبيان من خلال هذه الأبعادوطبّق على عينة من الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج بجامعة زيان عاشور بالجلفة، والاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الذي تلاءم مع الدراسة، وتحليل النتائج عن طريق استخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( (spss بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحراف المعياري وقيمة t.test وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ: • مستوى القلق المستقبل المهني متوسط لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج. • مستوى أعراض قلق المستقبل المهني لم يتأثّر بسبب منحة البطالة. • مستوى قلق الوضع الاقتصادي يتأثّر بسبب منحة البطالة. • مستوى قلق فرص التوظيف المرتبطة بالتخصص لم يتأثّر بسبب منحة البطالة. • مستوى قلق المكانة العائلية والاجتماعية لم يتأثّر بسبب منحة البطالة. • مستوى قلق الاستقرار الأسري لم يتأثّر بسبب منحة البطالة. • عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في تأثّر مستوى قلق المستقبل المهني بمنحة البطالة تعزى لمتغيّر الجنس والتخصص والمستوى الأكاديمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: منحة البطالة، قلق المستقبل المهني. Abstract: This study aims to identify the impact of unemployment on the level of professional future anxiety among students about to graduate. This was done by identifying the symptoms of professional future anxiety, financial future anxiety, social and economic status anxiety, job opportunities anxiety related to specialization, and family stability anxiety. The study was based on building a questionnaire and applying it to a random sample of students about to graduate from ZianAshour University in Djelfa. Based on the descriptive analytical approach of the study. The results were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and the t.test value was calculated. The study results showed: *The level of professional future anxiety among graduating students is moderate. *The symptoms of professional future anxiety are not affected by the unemployment grant. *The anxiety about the economic situation is not affected by the unemployment grant. *The anxiety about job opportunities related to specialization is not affected by the unemployment grant. * The anxiety about family and social status is not affected by the unemployment grant. * The anxiety about family stability is not affected by the unemployment grant. * There are no statistically significant differences in the level of professional future anxiety due to the variables of gender, specialization, and academic level.
