المعـوقـات السوسيومهنية لعمل المرأة في الفضاءات التجارية

Abstract

ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع "المعوقات السوسيومهنية لعمل المرأة في الفضاءات التجارية – دراسة ميدانية بمدينة الجلفة"، وهي محاولة لفهم واقع المرأة العاملة في هذا المجال، في ظل ما تواجهه من تحديات متعددة، سواء على المستوى الاجتماعي أو المهني. انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية رئيسية تتمثل في تحديد طبيعة المعوقات التي تؤثر على المرأة العاملة في الفضاءات التجارية، ومدى قدرتها على التكيف مع هذه الظروف. وقد تم بناء مجموعة من الفرضيات التي توجه البحث، واعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كإطار عام للدراسة، مع استخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من نساء عاملات في محلات تجارية بمدينة الجلفة. تكوّنت المذكرة من أربعة فصول أساسية، خُصص الأول للإطار المنهجي والمفاهيمي، بينما تناول الفصل الثاني الخلفية النظرية لعمل المرأة، بما في ذلك تطوره التاريخي، والدوافع المرتبطة به، والإطار القانوني والديني المنظم له. أما الفصل الثالث فقد ركّز على تحليل المعوقات السوسيومهنية التي تواجه النساء في هذا المجال، وتم تصنيفها إلى: معوقات أسرية، اجتماعية، مهنية، وصحية نفسية. واختُتمت الدراسة بالفصل الرابع الذي تضمّن تحليل البيانات الميدانية وتفسير نتائج الفرضيات. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن المرأة العاملة في الفضاءات التجارية تواجه مجموعة من الصعوبات المرتبطة بطبيعة المجتمع، وبشروط العمل غير الرسمية، إلا أنها في المقابل تطوّر استراتيجيات فردية للتأقلم، وتحاول فرض وجودها في هذا المجال الاقتصادي. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى المساهمة في تسليط الضوء على واقع مهمش نسبيًا، واقتراح توصيات من شأنها تحسين ظروف عمل النساء ودعم مشاركتهن في الحياة الاقتصادية.

Abstract This study addresses the topic: "Socio-professional Constraints of Women's Work in Commercial Spaces – A Field Study in the City of Djelfa." It seeks to understand the reality of women working in this sector and the various challenges they face, whether social or professional. The research stems from a central question: What are the main constraints affecting women working in commercial spaces, and how do they adapt to such conditions? A set of hypotheses was formulated to guide the study, which adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of women working in shops in the city of Djelfa. The thesis is structured into four main chapters. The first chapter focuses on the methodological and conceptual framework. The second presents the theoretical background of women's work, including its historical development, the underlying motivations, and the legal and religious perspectives on the issue. The third chapter analyzes the socio-professional constraints, classified into familial, social, professional, and psychological-health challenges. The final chapter presents the field data analysis and discusses the research hypotheses. The results revealed that women in commercial spaces face multiple difficulties related to societal perceptions and informal working conditions. However, many of them develop personal coping strategies and strive to assert their presence in this economic field. This study aims to shed light on a relatively overlooked reality and offer recommendations that could improve working conditions and support women's participation in the economic sphere.
