Abstract

أثر الرقمنة على تنمية الكفاءة المهنية للعاملين -دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر ببلدية دار الشيوخ ولاية الجلفة- هدفت هذه الدراسة المُعنونة بـــ "أثر الرقمنة على تنمية الكفاءة المهنية للعاملين" إلى تحليل تأثير التحول الرقمي على الأداء الوظيفي، مع التركيز على كيفية تفاعل الموظفين مع تطوُّر تكنولوجيا المعلومات وانتشار وسائل الاتصال الحديثة داخل المؤسسات. أُجريت الدراسة بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر ببلدية دار الشيوخ ولاية الجلفة خلال الموسم الجامعي 2023/2024، وشملت مجتمع البحث 81 عاملاً، حيث اُعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، مع استخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وتم جمع البيانات عبر الملاحظة الميدانية والاستمارة كأدوات رئيسية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات ووسائل الاتصال الحديثة انعكاسًا إيجابيًا على أداء الموظفين، مع تسجيل اتفاق بين أفراد المجتمع البحثي على النتائج التالية:  ضرورة تعميم الرقمنة في جميع وحدات المؤسسة وفروعها لتحقيق المزايا التنافسية.  إدراج برامج تدريبية تشمل حصصًا تُعزز الجانب النفسي للعمال، وتُحفزهم على التطلع بدلًا من الرضا بالروتين.  تفعيل تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بشكل عملي من خلال توظيف الإمكانيات المتاحة.  تنمية مهارات الموظفين لتمكينهم من التكيُّف مع التطورات التقنية المستقبلية.  استقطاب خبراء في مجال التكنولوجيا لتقديم دورات تدريبية تطبيقية تُلائم احتياجات العمال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقمنة، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الأداء الوظيفي، وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، مؤسسة بريد الجزائر.

Abstract: This study, entitled "The Impact of Digitalization on the Development of Employees’ Professional Competence," aimed to analyze the effect of digital transformation on job performance, with a focus on how employees interact with the development of information technology and the spread of modern communication tools within institutions. The study was conducted at Algeria Post in the municipality of Dar Chioukh, Djelfa Province, during the 2023/2024 academic year. The research population consisted of 81 employees, and the descriptive-analytical method was adopted due to its relevance to the topic. A stratified random sample was used, and data were collected through field observation and a questionnaire as primary tools. The study concluded that information technology and modern communication tools have a positive impact on employee performance. There was a consensus among the research population on the following findings:  The necessity of generalizing digitalization across all units and branches of the institution to achieve competitive advantages.  The inclusion of training programs that involve sessions to enhance the psychological aspect of employees and motivate them to aspire beyond routine.  The practical implementation of IT and communication applications by utilizing available resources.  The development of employee skills to enable adaptation to future technological developments.  The recruitment of technology experts to provide practical training courses tailored to employees' needs.
