الرضا عن الحياة وعلاقته بالصحة النفسية لدى المرأة العاملة

Abstract

ملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى كل من الرضا عن الحياة والصحة النفسية لدى المرأة العاملة في المؤسسات التربوية، ومعرفة العلاقة بين الرضا عن الحياة والصحة النفسية والكشف عن الفروق بين عينة الدراسة تبعا لمتغير العمر. تم اختيار عينة قصدية تكونت من (44) مرأة عاملة. قمنا بتطبيق مقياسي الرضا عن الحياة الذي أعدهمجدي الدسوقي (1996)، و ومقياس الصحة النفسية أعده كل من الزبيدي والهزاع (1997) كما جاء في دراسة دهني صونية ودبيان رادية(2023). وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي . وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه: 1. مستوى درجات الرضا عن الحياة مرتفع لدى المرأة العاملة. 2. مستوى درجات الصحة النفسية مرتفع لدى المرأة العاملة. 3. توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين الرضا عن الحياة والصحة النفسية لدى المرأة العاملة. 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين درجات المرأة العاملة في مستوى الرضا عن الحياة تعزى لمتغير العمر. 5. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين درجات المرأة العاملة في مستوى الصحة النفسية تعزى لمتغير العمر. الكلمات المفتاحية:الرضا عن الحياة- الصحة النفسية- المرأة العاملة.

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of both life satisfaction and mental health among working women in educational institutions, and to know the relationship between life satisfaction and mental health and to reveal the differences between the study sample according to the age variable. A purposive sample consisting of (44) working women was selected. We applied the life satisfaction scale prepared by Magdy El-Dessouki (1996), and the mental health scale prepared by Al-Zubaidi and Al-Hazza (1997) as stated in the study of Dahni Sonia and DabyanRadya (2023). The results of the study showed that: 1. Working women have high levels of life satisfaction. 2. Working women have high levels of mental health. 3. There is a statistically significant correlation between life satisfaction and mental health among working women. 4. There are no statistically significant differences between working women's life satisfaction scores attributed to age. 5. There are no statistically significant differences between working women's mental health scores attributed to age.

Résumé :

L’étude visait à identifier le niveau de satisfaction à l’égard de la vie et de santé mentale des femmes actives dans les établissements d’enseignement, à comprendre la relation entre satisfaction à l’égard de la vie et santé mentale et à révéler les différences entre les différents échantillons selon l’âge. Un échantillon intentionnel composé de 44 femmes actives a été sélectionné. Nous avons appliqué l’échelle de satisfaction à l’égard de la vie élaborée par Magdy El-Dessouki (1996) et l’échelle de santé mentale élaborée par Al-Zubaidi et Al-Hazza (1997), comme indiqué dans l’étude de Dahni Sonia et DabyanRadya (2023). Les résultats de l’étude ont montré que : 1. Les femmes actives ont un niveau élevé de satisfaction à l’égard de la vie. 2. Les femmes actives ont un niveau élevé de santé mentale. 3. Il existe une corrélation statistiquement significative entre satisfaction à l’égard de la vie et santé mentale chez les femmes actives. 4. Il n’existe aucune différence statistiquement significative entre les scores de satisfaction à l’égard de la vie des femmes actives attribués à l’âge. 5. Il n’existe aucune différence statistiquement significative entre les scores de santé mentale des femmes actives attribués à l’âge.
