Abstract

ملخص: يعد قياسالجمهور والرأي العام عملية مهمة كونه يمكن من التقصي عن اتجاهاتهمسواء للمؤسسات السياسية أوالاجتماعية أوالاقتصادية لأنها تمهد الطريق لمعرفة الجمهور وكذا معرفة توجهاته وآراءه حول القضايا المطروحة. ونحن نسعى من خلال هذه المطبوعة البيداغوجية الموجهة لطلبة السنة أولى ماستر تخصص سمعي بصري إلى أن يكون الطالب في نهاية السداسي قادرا من اكتساب مهارات وتقنيات القياس العلمي للجمهور والرأي العام،وذلك من خلال قياس جمهور الوسائل السمعية البصرية أو الرأي العام الخاص بإحدى القضايا التي تثيرها الوسائل الإعلامية. فالطالب يحتاج إلى خلفية من التراثالنظري حول ماهية الجمهور والرأي العام وكيفية قياسهما عبر الأساليب الكمية والكيفية الموجودة في منهجية بحوث الإعلام والاتصال. ولقد تضمنت المطبوعة ثلاثة محاور أساسية، حيث تضمن المحور الأول مدخل عام إلى دراسة الجمهور والرأي العام، والمحور الثاني تناولنا فيه الطرق الكمية في قياس الجمهور والرأي العام، أما المحور الثالث تعرضنا من خلاله إلى الطرق الكيفية في قياس الجمهور والرأي العام.

Abstract:

Measuring public opinion is a crucial process as itallows us to investigate public attitudes towardspolitical, social, and economic institutions. It paves the way for understanding the public and its orientations and opinions on current issues. Throughthispedagogical publication, aimed at first-yearMaster'sstudentsspecializing in audiovisualstudies, weaim to equipstudents by the end of the semesterwith the skills and techniques for scientificallymeasuring public opinion. This willbeachieved by measuring the audience of audiovisual media or public opinion on a specific issue raised by the media. Studentsneed a background in theoreticalframeworksconcerning the nature of the public and public opinion, and how to measurethemusing quantitative and qualitative methodsfound in media and communication researchmethodologies. The publication comprises three main sections. The first section provides a general introduction to the study of the public and public opinion. The second section addresses quantitative methods for measuring the public and public opinion, while the third section explores qualitative methods for measuring the public and public opinion
