علاقة المؤهل العلمي بالأداء الوظيفي لعمال المؤسسة العمومية

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا الى التعرف على العلاقة بين المؤهل العلمي والأداء الوظيفي لعمال المؤسسة العمومية بمصالح بلدية دار الشيوخ , ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الطالبة على استبيان المؤهل العلمي والأداء الوظيفي لقياس العلاقة بين المتغيرين لدى عينة الدراسة بلغ حجمها ( 50 ) كما تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة , وللوصول الى نتائج قامت الطالبة بالاعتماد على جداول المركبة . وقد تم الوصول الى النتائج التالية : - المؤهل العلمي له علاقة بالأداء الوظيفي , حيث ان الاداء الوظيفي يقوم على المؤهل العلمي وهذا ما توصلت إليه الدراسة على عمال المؤسسة العمومية بمصالح بلدية دار الشيوخ . - توافق النتائج مع الفرضية الفرعية الأولى المتمثلة في علاقة الشهادة الجامعية بأداء الموظف لإتمام مهامه بمصالح بلدية دار الشيوخ . - التكوين بالمعاهد المتخصصة له علاقة بأداء الموظف في مستوى الخدمات الالكترونية بمصالح بلدية دار الشيوخ بنسبة عالية . - وجود علاقة بين المؤهل العلمي المتدني والأداء الوظيفي في مستوى الخدمات العمومية بمصالح بلدية دار الشيوخ بنسبة عالية . __________

Our study aims to identify the relationship between the scientific qualification and the functioning of the employees of the public institution in the interests of the municipality of Dar Al-Chuhn. To this end, the student relied on the questionnaire of the scientific qualification and functional performance to measure the relationship between the variants in the study sample of its size (50.( The following results have been reached: - The scientific qualification is related to the performance of the job, since the performance of the job is based on the scientific qualification and this is what the study found on the workers of the public institution in the interests of the municipality of Dar Al-Shukhan. - The results correspond to the first sub-hypothesis of the relationship of the university degree to the performance of the employee to complete his duties with the interests of the municipality of Dar Al-Shukhan. - The composition of specialized institutes is related to the performance of the employee in the level of electronic services to the interests of the municipality of Dar Al-Shukhayr in a high proportion. - There is a relationship between low scientific qualification and functioning at the level of public services to the interests of the municipality of Dar al-Shukha 'a at a high rate.
