Realization and Study of a Three Axis CNC Machine

Abstract

Abstract In mechanical industry, on the one hand the product design from the specifications of the customer requires a long-term and affects the cost of the product. On the other hand the generation of programs CN for the manufacture of the product requires a very high skill. For this it is necessary to use support systems computer specialist for design and manufacturing(CAD/CAM) computerassisted. In our work, we have tried to give some basics on the CNC machines and their classification, the most used commands. Then a CAD/CAM part was presented and a general overview on the design and computeraided manufacturing and their evolution, followed by a presentation of the software Aspire and the various steps for the design of our machine tool CNC (mill 3 axes).
