دور الذكاء الاقتصادي في تحسين الأداء المستدام بمنظمات الأعمال : دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

إن نجاح وبقاء المنظمات مرهون بمدى قدرتها على التأقلم مع التغيرات الحاصلة في بيئتها، من خلال رصد ومتابعة التطورات الحاصلة في السوق الذي تنشط فيه وتحليله من أجل استغلال الفرص وتجنب التهديدات، ويتاح لها ذلك من خلال الذكاء الاقتصادي الذي يأخذ على عاتقه الحصول على المعلومات، تحليلها ونشرها بهدف اتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة التي تعمل على تحسين الأداء المستدام للمنظمات. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن الدور الذي يلعبه الذكاء الاقتصادي من خلال أبعاده (اليقظة الإستراتيجية، أمن المعلومات، نشاط الضغط والتأثير)في تحسين الأداء المستدام الذي يعكس متطلبات التنمية المستدامة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة وتطويرها لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة التي بلغ عددها 300 إطار يعملون في مؤسسة كوندور الكترونيكس)، وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، ومن خلال مختلف المؤشرات الإحصائية، فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك دور بارز للذكاء الاقتصادي في تحسين الأداء المستدام بمؤسسة كوندور الكترونيكس. وتوصي هذه الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام المنظمات بموضوع الذكاء الاقتصادي والعمل على ترقيته من خلال تبني نهج قائم على الحصول على المعلومات الإستراتيجية، واستشراف المستقبل، وهذا لأجل تحسين الأداء المستدام للمنظمات وتفوقها.

The success and survival of organizations depends on their ability to adapt to changes in their environment, by monitoring and tracking developments in the market in which they operate and analysing them in order to exploit opportunities and avoid threats, and to do so through economic intelligence that takes access to information, analyze and publish them with aim of making rational decisions that improve the sustainable performance of organizations. This study aims to look at the role that economic intelligence plays through its dimensions (strategic vigilance, information security, pressure and influence activity) in improving sustainable performance that reflects the requirements of sustainable development, to achieve the objectives of the study, To achieve objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used and developed for purpose of collecting data from the 300 study sample members working at Condor Electronics company, and after analyzing the data using SPSS, and through various Statistical indicators, the study found that there is a prominent role for economic intelligence in improving the sustainable performance of the Condor Electronics company. This study recommends that organizations should be interested in and promoted economic intelligence by adopting an approach based on access to strategic information and looking ahead, in order to improve the sustainable performance and superiority of organizations.

Les organisations survivent et parviennent aux buts souhaités grâce à leur adaptation aux changements environnementaux. Elles doivent éviter les risques et exploiter toute opportunité à fin de suivre, surveiller et analyser l’évolution de leur marché. Cela se réalise à ce qu’on appelle l’intelligence économique qui prend en charge la collecte des données, les analyser et les publier pour prendre décisions sages et enfin améliorer la performance durable de ces organisations. Le but de cette étude et de mettre en lumière le rôle de l’intelligence économique à travers ses dimensions (la vigilance stratégique, la sécurité de l’information, l’activité de la pression et de l’influence) dans l'amélioration de la performance durable qui reflète les exigences du développement durable. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, nous avons fait recours au questionnaire dans le but de collecter des données d’un échantillon d’étude de 300 membres travaillant chez Condor. Nous avons ensuite analysé les résultats en utilisant le programme SPSS et par le biais des indicateurs statistiques qui ont révélé le rôle majeur que l’intelligence économique a joué pour améliorer la performance durable du Condor Entreprise. Cette étude recommande aux organisations « l’intelligence économique » et l’améliorer pour adopter une méthode basée sur l’information stratégique et la prévision fiable et utile pour une meilleure performance durable des organisations.
