Etude d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation (R+5) implante en Alger avec contreventement mixte

Abstract

Abstract The object of this present work consists of a calculation of a reinforced concrete building of R+5 for residential use and parking. The load-bearing structure is of the mixed sail-post type and rests on a running sole. An analytical calculation of the structure was made, followed by a dynamic calculation using the SAP2000 software. These calculations were made according to the Algerian regulations: RPA99 version 2003 (seismic regulation) and the CBA93 (the regulation of design and calculation of reinforced concrete structures). In the light of the results obtained from the comparisons, conclusions and recommendations were given. Résumé L'objet de ce présent travail consiste à un calcul d'un bâtiment en béton arme de R+5 à usage d'habitation et parking. La structure porteuse est de type mixte poteaux-voiles et repose sur un semelle filantes. Un calcul analytique de la structure a été fait, suivi d'un calcul dynamique à l'aide du logiciel SAP2000. Ces calculs ont été effectués selon la réglementation Algérienne: RPA99 version 2003 (règlement parasismique) et le CBA93 (le règlement de conception et de calcul des structures en béton arme). A la lumière des résultats obtenus des comparaisons, des conclusions et des recommandations ont été données. الملخص الھدف من ھذا العمل الحالي ھو حساب مبنى خرساني مقوى ذات 5 طوابق للاستخدام السكني و موقف السیارات. ھیكل الحاملة من نوع الشراع المختلط و یستند على قاعدة الركض. تم إجراء ھذه الحسابات وفقًا .SAP تم إجراء حساب تحلیلي للھیكل ، متبوعًا بحساب دینامیكي باستخدام برنامج 2000 تنظیم تصمیم وحساب الھیاكل الخرسانیة ) CBA الإصدار 2003 (التنظیم الزلزالي) و 93 RPA للوائح الجزائریة: 99 المسلحة). في ضوء النتائج التي تم الحصول علیھا من المقارنات ، تم تقدیم استنتاجات وتوصیات.
