Abstract:
The study dealt with the theoretical framework of the study problem and the hypotheses of the study and its importance in theory and science and then the main concepts and terms related to the study were presented.
The main findings of the study are:
1. There is a statistically significant correlation between in-service training and the performance of civil protection workers.
2. There is a statistical significance of the impact of training programs on the performance of civil protection workers.
3. There is a statistical indication of the impact of trainers on the performance of civil protection workers.
4. There is a statistical indication of the impact of the trainees on the performance of protection workers.
Finally, the study presented a set of recommendations including:
• The Civil Protection Department must determine the training needs of its employees.
• Training programs should be designed based on scientific knowledge and experience and achieve the specified objectives.
• Modern training technologies such as virtual reality and simulation can be used to provide a realistic training experience for civil protection workers.
