جودة الحياة وعلاقتها بأنماط الشخصية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي

Abstract

الملخص هدفتالدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن علاقة جودة الحياة بأنماط الشخصية (أ، ب) ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اتبعت الطالبتان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لأنه الأنسب للدراسة، ولقد اعتمدت الطالبتانعلى مجموعة من الأدوات، قننت احداهما على البيئة الجزائرية وهو مقياس جودة الحياة والآخر مقياس نمط الشخصية، تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قوامها 66 مصاب بالقصور الكلوي اختيرت بطريقة قصدية، وتمت المعالجة ببرنامج spss، ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية:  توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين جودة الحياة وأنماط الشخصية لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي.  توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين نمط الشخصية (أ) وجودة الحياة لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي  توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين نمط الشخصية(ب) وجودة الحياة لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي.  نمط الشخصية الأكثر شيوعا لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي هو نمط الشخصية أ  مستوى جودة الحياة منخفض لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي الكلمات المفتاحية : جودة الحياة ، أنماط الشخصية أ ب، مرضى القصور الكلوي

Abstract: The current study aims to reveal the relationship of quality of life with personal styles (a, b) and to achieve the objectives of this study, the student followed the descriptive approach because it is most appropriate for the study, and the student relied on a set of tools, one of which was measured on the Algerian environment, which is a measure of quality of life, and the other is a measure of personality style. The basic study was applied on a sample of 66 patients with renal insufficiency, chosen in an intentional manner, and the treatment was carried out using the spss program, where the student used several statistical methods such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and the study reached the following results: ✓ There is a correlation between quality of life and personality patterns in patients with renal impairment. ✓ Patients with renal insufficiency have a high level of quality of life. ✓ There is a correlation between personality type (A) and quality of life in patients with renal insufficiency The dominant personality type in patients with renal insufficiency is A personality type The level of quality of life is low in patients with renal insufficiency Keywords: quality of life, AB personality patterns, renal insufficiency patients
