Abstract:
غالبًا ما تكون التوربينات الغازية آلات دوارة استراتيجية في العديد من المجالات الصناعية، فهي تستخدم في العديد من محطات توليد الطاقة لإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية وفي محطات ضغط الغاز، إلا أن التوربينات الغازية تتعرض لمشاكل بالغة الأهمية مرتبطة بظاهرة الاهتزازات واستقرار الحركة. يركز محتوى هذه الرسالة على النمذجة الرياضية للسلوك الاهتزازي للنظام الدوار لتوربين غازي في المجال الزمني وكذلك في مجال التردد بواسطة طريقة التوازن التوافقي(HBM)من اجل تحليل ثبات الاهتزازات وتحليل التشعبات الناتجة عن التفاعلات بين المكونات المختلفة للتوربين ولنظام الدوارمع الجزء الثابت منها،من خلال إنشاء ودراسة مخططات التشعب للنموذج الديناميكي غير الخطي لنظام الاحتكاك تحت تأثيرقوة الدفع المحوري .وقد تم إجراء دراسة الحالة على التوربين الغازي Solar TITAN 130التي تعمل بقدرة 14.5ميقاواط تابعة لمحطة ضغط الغاز لشركة سوناطراك - الجزائر
Les turbines à gaz sont des machines tournantes souvent stratégiques dans plusieurs domainesindustriels, elles sont utilisées dans plusieurs centrales électriques pour la production d’énergieélectrique et dans les stations de compression de gaz, Néanmoins les turbines à gaz sont exposées àdes problèmes très importants liés aux phénomènes de vibrations et de stabilité de mouvement. Lecontenu de cette thèse porte sur la modélisation mathématique du comportement vibratoire dusystème tournant du rotor d’une turbine à gaz dans le domaine temporel ainsi que dans le domainefréquentiel par la méthode de la balance harmonique (HBM) dont l’objectif est l’analyse de la stabilitéde vibrations et l’analyse des bifurcations produites par l’interactions entre les différentescomposantes de système rotor-stator, à travers l’établissement et l’étude des diagrammes debifurcation issus du modèle dynamique non linéaire du système de frottement rotor-stator souspoussée axiale. L’étude de cas a été réalisée sur une turbine à gaz Solar TITAN 130 d’une puissance de14.5 MW appartenant à une station de compression de gaz de la société SONATRACH- ALGERIE
Gas turbines are often strategic rotating machines in several industrial fields, they are used in severalpower plants for the production of electrical energy and in gas compression stations. However, gasturbines are exposed to very important problems linked to the phenomena of vibrations and stabilityof movement. The content of this thesis focuses on the mathematical modeling of the vibratorybehavior of the rotating system of the rotor of a gas turbine in the time domain as well as in thefrequency domain by the harmonic balance (HBM) method, whose the objective is the stabilityanalysis of vibrations and the analysis of the bifurcations produced by the interactions between thedifferent components of the rotor-stator system, through the establishment and study of bifurcation diagrams from the nonlinear dynamic model of the rotor-stator friction system under axial thrust. Thecase study was carried out on a Solar TITAN 130 gas turbine with a power of 14.5 MW belonging to agas compressor station of the company SONATRACH-Algeria.
