Abstract:
هدفت دراستنا إلى التعرف على مستوى الصلابة النفسية والإكتئاب لدى المصابات بسرطان الثدي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 3 حالات "حالتين" تقابنا معهما قي جمعية الفجر التي تقع في حي بن جرمة في ولاية الجلفة، والحالة ا"لثالثة "تقابلنا معها في منزلها، وقد إتبعنا في دراستنا المنهج العيادي وتمت الإستعانة بمقياس الصلابة النفسية للدكتور عماد محمد أحمد مخيمر (2002) والمعدل من طرف بشير معمرية، بالإضافة إلى مقياس الإكتئاب لآرون بيك والذي تم ترجمته للغة العربية من طرف غريب عبدالفتاح غريب (1985)، وللحصول على معلومات أكثر تم الإستعانة بالمقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة، وهذا للإجابة على التساؤلات التالية :
- ما مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي؟
- ما مستوى الإلتزام، التحكم، و التحدي لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي؟
- ما مستوى الإكتئاب لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي؟
- هل يمكن التنبؤ بمستوى الإكتئاب من خلال مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى عينة من مريضات سرطان الثدي؟
وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية :
- مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي منخفض .
- لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي مستوى منخفض من الإلتزام،التحكم والتحدي.
- مستوى الإكتئاب لدى مريضات سرطان الثدي مرتفع .
- يمكن التنبؤ بمستوى الإكتئاب من خلال مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى عينة من مريضات سرطان الثدي .
Abstract
Our study aimed to identify the level of psychological hardiness and depression among women with breast cancer. The study sample consisted of 3 cases, "two cases" with whom we met at the Al-Fajr Association, which is located in the Ben Djerma neighborhood in the state of Djelfa, and the "third" case, which we met with at her home. In our study, we followed the clinical approach, and the psychological hardness scale of Dr. Emad Muhammad Ahmed Mukhaimer (2002) and modified by Bashir Maamaria was used, in addition to the depression scale of Aaron Beck, which was translated into Arabic by Gharib Abdel Fattah Gharib (1985), and to obtain more information, we used In a semi-guided clinical interview, this is to answer the following questions:
- What is the level of psychological hardness among breast cancer patients?
- What is the level of commitment among breast cancer patients?
- What is the level of control of breast cancer patients?
- What is the level of challenge for breast cancer patients?
- What is the level of depression among breast cancer patients?
- Can the level of depression be predicted by the level of psychological hardiness in a sample of breast cancer patients?
The following results have been reached:
- The level of psychological hardness among breast cancer patients is low.
- Women with breast cancer have a low level of commitment, control and challenge.
- The level of depression among breast cancer patients is high.
- The level of depression can be predicted through the level of psychological hardness in a sample of breast cancer patients.
