الضغط النفسي وعلاقته بالصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمستشفيات

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة العلاقة بين الضغط النفسي والصحة النفسية لدى عينة من الممرضين العاملين بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية الشهيد "جيلالي بونعامة" ، و المؤسسة الاستشفائية للصحة الجوارية "الحاج صافي بوديسة" ، المؤسسة الاستشفائية للصحة الجوارية القاعدة سبعة بقصر شلالة بمدينة -تيارت . وكذلك سعت الدراسة الى معرفة الفروق بين المتغيرات كمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية ومتغير سنوات الخبرة في كل من الضغط النفسي والصحة النفسية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، واستخدام مقياسين لغرض جمع البيانات هما مقياس الضغط النفسي لــــ "سعيد محمد غانم"، ومقياس الصحة النفسية من إعداد الباحثين "وائل محمد حسان" و"منى حسين الدهان" و"مدحت محمد أبو نصر"، حيث تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من(80) ممرض، اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية ، كما تمت الاستعانة ببرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل بيانات المقياسين. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغط النفسي و الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين العاملين بالمستشفيات كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغط النفسي و الصحة النفسية لدى عينة من الممرضين العاملين بالمستشفيات تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بالنسبة للضغط النفسي والصحة النفسية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغط النفسي، الصحة النفسية، الممرضين

Abstract: The current study aims to find out the relationship between psychological stress and mental health among a sample of nurses working in the public hospital institution of the martyr “Djilali Bounaama,” the hospital institution for neighborhood health, “Hajj Safi Boudissa,” and the hospital institution for neighborhood health, base seven, in Ksar Shalala in the city of Tiaret. The study also sought to know the differences between variables, such as the marital status variable and the years of experience variable, in both psychological stress and mental health. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon, and two scales were used for the purpose of collecting data: the psychological stress scale by “Saeed Muhammad Ghanem,” and the mental health scale. Prepared by researchers “Wael Muhammad Hassan”, “Mona Hussein Al-Dahan” and “Medhat Muhammad Abu Nasr”, the study was conducted on a sample of (80) nurses, chosen randomly, and the statistical program SPSS was used to analyze the data for the two scales. The results of the study found that there is a strong, statistically significant correlation between psychological stress and mental health among nurses working in hospitals. It also found that there are no statistically significant differences in psychological stress and mental health among a sample of nurses working in hospitals due to the variable of marital status, as the results of the study showed. There are statistically significant differences regarding psychological stress and mental health due to the variable years of experience.

Résumé La présente étude vise à connaître la relation entre le stress psychologique et la santé mentale auprès d'un échantillon d'infirmières travaillant dans l'institution hospitalière publique du martyr « Djilali Bounaama », l'institution hospitalière de santé de quartier « Hajj Safi Boudissa » et l'hôpital établissement de santé de quartier, base sept, à Ksar Shalala dans la ville de Tiaret. L'étude a également cherché à connaître les différences entre les variables, telles que la variable de l'état civil et la variable des années d'expérience, tant en matière de stress psychologique que de santé mentale. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, on s'est appuyé sur l'approche descriptive et sur deux échelles. ont été utilisées aux fins de collecte de données : l'échelle de stress psychologique de « Saeed Muhammad Ghanem » et l'échelle de santé mentale préparée par les chercheurs « Wael Muhammad Hassan », « Mona Hussein Al-Dahan » et « Medhat Muhammad Abu Nasr ». l'étude a été menée sur un échantillon de (80) infirmières, choisies au hasard, et le programme statistique SPSS a été utilisé pour analyser les données des deux échelles. Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé qu'il existe une corrélation forte et statistiquement significative entre le stress psychologique et la santé mentale chez les infirmières travaillant dans les hôpitaux. Elle a également révélé qu'il n'y avait pas de différences statistiquement significatives entre le stress psychologique et la santé mentale parmi un échantillon d'infirmières travaillant dans les hôpitaux. les hôpitaux en raison de la variable de l'état civil, comme le montrent les résultats de l'étude, il existe des différences statistiquement significatives en termes de stress psychologique et de santé mentale en raison des années d'expérience variables.
